You know, I just realized one of those things that makes me not care for the protagonists of Talothral's games very much. Someone will say something funny right next to them, and he won't even smirk. It's stony face all the time, except a rare smile with a lover, and I mean rare. It could just be easier to animate if you don't have to switch expressions all the time, but it really detracts from the characters. I guess more than just the MC have the problem of emoting very little, but the MC is the one we have the most experience with, so it comes through stronger to the point where my impression is "very little emotion". I find it hard to genuinely like them because of it.

Strongly disagree on this. Tal's MC's dead pan delivery is one of the thing I love most about his games.

We do not need to twirl our heads into contradictory statements out of love for the MC:
"Deadpan" literally means that Tomas is passive and unresponsive to the humor going on around him, which is disheartening in the way he likes to sound like a self-important snob about himself, while holding out on praising his companions for their worth. Granted, this is how Clint or some other mute - John Wick - do their ”brainy” self-aggrandizing shutting up to look smart but they actually steal the spotlight from their peers by trying to play their statements as unimportant, like only whatever he spouts does matter. It is a gimmick to one-up you IRL, so guys, do not overstay your welcome around somebody like that.

Yeah, if you have a Google account (gmail will do) and it is set to automatically sign in to google services (since blogspot/blogger is owned by google) it will let you pass, assuming you've proven yourself to be 18+ simplest way is to have an account that is over 20 years old, those don't need extra verifications.
Unfortunately, there is no currently alternative to it that is feasible. Outside of Discord that is. Assuming one doesn't try to join on a release day when discord activates the raid protection...
