Empire vs Emperor, seems insignificant. But being loyal to the Empire doesn't necessarily mean loyalty to the Emperor. Someone might be loyal to the Empire, as in defend it to the dying breath, but if opportunity to arise they may shank the Emperor in the back. Especially if they can get away with it.
1) Ayaka needs to be pregnant
2) Update 8: when asking is Miki's now late husband Loyal to the Empire or to the Emperor, loyal to the Emperor is the right question to ask.
3) Update 25: Telling the Emperor to grant a quick death and that he may reclaim his honour.
And things If you don't mind "cheating" load a save at the end of 30, or where you started, go to the preferences => extras => scroll all the way down => Debug => Variables tab, find those two questions there they are in update order and you can restore the progress/content without replaying, thats assuming the debug window doesn't crash as usual.

Same as the other choice, I probably chose the one that got the better reaction at the time, but equally likely I chose the more honorable option, as I'm kinda playing that way.
