The fact that you didn't unlock the scene, since that is the second scene with Nisha. You not getting the scene isn't a bug; you seeing the aftermath is. It's fixed in 0.47.0 since it was reported "too late" to be fixed earlier.
Yeah I know, this one had manual version which I forgot to change, largely irrelevant. Happens at times.

For some reason though I don't have the 2 left of where you wrote "Aria" despite me having those scenes in the game.

Yeah the gallery bugs at times, but it's most likely just ren'py being a dick because on the test phone everything is unlocked. Might unlock on next playthrough, if the renpy.seen_image decides to work properly (Same issue as with the codex with characters)
It's the same condition. Meaning the "NishaRelationship" is the check. But if saw the first scene but not the second it means the variable either got reset because of course it would. Load a save before heading into the bedroom and check it from the debug (Preferences => Extras => Scroll down => Debug => Relationships) Nisha is towards the bottom of that list.

Okay so .. got a bit of feedback here, Read complaints. I live this guys games but they're getting a bit .. formulaic at this point. They're still good but the really bad points haven't been improved in a while.
1. H-Scenes need mid scene dialogue, Even if its' just porno dialogue. You really can't fap to this games content it just isn't very hot. I think every fan of this guys games play for the plot but still .. It's just weird how you expect those really jerky 'animation' and no dialogue to stand up.
2. Almost every single villiain in your game is a total one note asshole. With the exception of the MC's bros literally anyone who is ever against the MC is an asshole on a power trip of some kind. You need to work on giving your villains more believable motivations. Or even more sympathetic ones. Especially it does you no good when you're trying to potray a pragmatic mc who sometimes does unpleasant things they need to do.
3. The little portraits in this game are really annoying either make them big enough to see without a magnifying glass or don't include them.
4. Same problem with cutscenes as with h-scenes. Dev makes them out of a lot of still images but it means if i want to backtrack a single roll back takes you right to the beggining of, often a quite long event. It's very annoying and it's been in all of their games so far.

1. There's some generic porn dialogue during scenes, they just need to be toggled on in the options.
3. Never had this problem with the portraits really, to me they are pretty clear. What size monitor and what resolution are you playing the game on?
4. Not the dev, but i would guess it's fault of the Renpy as an engine and there's not much you can do about it, since it seems pretty much every game seem to have that problem.

Well I've played a lot of renpy games that didn't have this problem so I don't really buy that explanation.. I found an option for the dialogue, But it's really weird to me that this is disabled by default. Most people won't go looking for that option and will just assume it's not there .. The portraits thing is subjective. But I at least find portraits that I can't easily make out annoying. It's like my eyes want to look at them but there's nothing there that I can see that contributes. I guess it does kinda make it easier to see who's talking than simple text colors. But for some reason I find them annoying. That one's pretty subjectively my opinion though, I'll give you that.
Ok kind of messed up, I thought the scene in the desert was referring to when she revealed herself to be a shadow elf not an actual sex scene. So how do you get the first sex scene with her then? It never gave me that option.
That is dependable on variable called SBalance, it should be 34 or higher if I recall correctly to get the first scene (max I think is 37, but if it is higher doesn't matter). But it isn't at the moment in the debug. Mostly because it would have been a huge spoiler for anyone who would wander to that section early on. That and it strictly wasn't related to Nisha as is since it has other effect during the finale, as it measures well... the balance of the soul. I'll add the variable for 0.48.0 to the debug...
If you mean the dialogue wheel hints, iirc those mean imperial favour, white being positive and red being negative. And i think they are fox masks actually.

Hello all!
The rendering of 0.48.0 is in decent shape. I'm about where I should be, although I forgot I wrote... three longer scenes for this update. One which is rather annoying to do. Well, have to see how that goes. But I would expect rendering to take a day or two longer than I want.
Writing... It's somewhere; it's not in an ideal state partially because 0.51.0 ended up being longer than I expected, but a bit more of that later. But it isn't a problem since it is the epilogue and there is a pattern to how that goes. Well outside of the few scenes at the start of it. But I know it will be done, might not be done when I thought it would be, but it will be done before I need it anyway, so I’m not stressing about it.
So, as I said earlier on Discord, 0.51.0 is a longer than usual update. The usual update is around 20 to 25 pages of dialogue; 0.51.0 with its variants and things is 31 pages of dialogue. And with some of the more complicated scenes, I know it will take longer than the usual two weeks that have been between updates so far. So this is a heads up already for something that I start doing in two months? Then plus the epilogue after that. But as always when the time comes, I'll keep you guys and gals posted on what is going on. And then a preview...
The private lesson... Koko has improved now that she has a slightly lighter blade to work with. Mal might be a goldsmith, but she still knows how to make weapons, good ones for that matter. This... scene will lead to the conclusion of her choices, assuming you’ve got this far. And as for the Rose? As I said in a comment this morning, she is young and free of restrictions for the first time in her life. She is among friends and has access to wine, so let’s just say the "girl’s night out" might have gone a bit overboard... as you will see.
Sebastian Weiss, I know people didn’t like him, and frankly that was expected. However, he is one of the people you would want in your corner. He is a veteran of four different wars, the last one being World War 2... and he is a lawyer as well, although a different lawyer should be there, but I haven’t made his model so Sebastian will do as stand in for this image as I updated his model today. Right... This is kind of the aftermath of the other image I did recently. Things have consequences, and you will be brought in for questioning if you are found on the scene where automatic weapons were used. And Susan being Susan... Right, I’ll take a break and continue rendering and writing. You all have a great weekend!
P.S. and as a bonus an image that I already showed on Discord... It was titled as "In another life..." when I made it.
You can probably guess what I've been watching, just missing a pony tail and a tattoo on the right arm...

One of my favorite bits of conversation from v0.46. 
Basically, "Don't remind me. I wish I could forget it." I would imagine the feeling might be somewhat similar to having your own mother or father describing their sexual exploits. (Unless incest is your kink, I suppose.)
