Sorry to say, but I don't think there is a Dir. Cut version of Part 1 from what I can tell. There's only the link to the Rule34 video for Part 1, and it doesn't say whether or not it has a Dir. Cut version.
That's right. Part 1 has only one version which is public for everyone and you can find it on rule34video, only Part 2 has dir.cut.
The Ritual is one of his earlier works he did and I think it was before he started the whole thing with extended and dir.cut videos to make more money so he could dedicate more of his time and also as a thank you to those who support him more so he doesn't have worry himself with finance that much.
I remember seeing a poll of his on twitter where he asked if people wanted a part 2 of The Ritual or an animation with Claire Redfield, with The Ritual Part 2 having won that poll. You reckon he's ever gonna post a part 2 at some point?

either or both really. Though sound is a must, there are good artists out there make videos yet they fall flat due to the lack of sound.That's hard to say. It's been 3 years since the poll and there has been no info about him working on it, or at least I haven't heard anything.
New game over version of The Morgue is out on his Unifans if anyone has it.
I don't know, but based on what I can tell with the previous dir.cut videos posted here, there isn't any uncut versions as far as I can tell.
