Not really. The rule includes radio silence on other sites like Patreon and Itch. They've responded on both sites within a month of this date saying they're working on the game and starting on the second half of the update on Patreon and mentioned looking into an android build eventually on Itch.

The rule also says that without a update for 18months it still gets hit with the tag. the radio silence only applies to 3months, the 6months applies to the on-hold tag but the 18 months applies to no update since last update.
- Abandoned: used in the following cases:
- The developer states that the development has been permanently suspended.
- After 3 months of inactivity from the developer's public creator/crowdfunding accounts (Patreon, SS, etc), we will resolve special circumstances or scenarios on a case-by-case basis (no creator accounts, creators developing for free, Patreon accounts under review/ban).
- No game update has been released for an abnormally long period of time (>18 months).
- Game threads that are marked On-hold for over 6 months with no game update.
- Note: this prefix is only removed upon the release of a new update for purchase/download.

Over two months since last progress report and he didn't post custom renders in August so dev either lost his biggest tier supporters or went radio silent again.

Kinda shitty of the dev to leave, then come back giving us hope for an Episode 4 and then to leave again without a word. Not a great way to attract supporters that's for sure.

To be fair he has had problems with his heart that required lifestyle changes and that's not going to be solved in just a few months, he may have had further problems or may not be able to work as fast as he wished.
Giving deadlines is always a bad idea specially when you are further away because there are always surprised, so I am not too surprises that we didn't get any news back on August, I will probably start to worry if by the end of this year we still know nothing.
