Probably because it doesnt open the game itself but opens ntleas which opens the game. Still, better safe than sorry, its better to delete the file and use ntleas manually.Why would a Unity executable trigger your antivirus in the first place? I've downloaded a lot of Unity games from this site before and they never caused any issues. This game has probably been tampered with.
