If you're talking about Ero, I can't remember why he ended up in jail, but his girlfriend was able to get on his accounts and share some information. Hell, he actually released artwork that he drew while in his cell.
Nobody publicly knows where HT went. The thing I find unusual is that the Patreon account hasn't been terminated, so I don't think his work was seized due to copyrights. You can still download the older game builds.
Couple of possibilities include a broken computer, illness, death, imprisonment, copyright strike from blizzard, lack of willpower.
Nobody has the answer except HT, and so we wait.

As for the technical part..fluid physics is a custom development of Henry? or some asset from the store? I did not work in Unity, but it is interesting how it is implemented.

You know. To be honest, he needed just a few characters and more positions. Lara Croft check, maybe Kitana from mortal kombat and Jade.. then just add positions. Backgrounds which are HD would do too. Remove the bucket... add some foreplay stuff... more refined controls with mouse and keyboard. I loved this game. It is one of those gems on the internet. So many 3d games around this was unique. Lara Croft model is well done too.
