That being said, you may want to work a bit on your presentation. First, don't quote the op, please. It makes zero sense as game threads are dedicated to their game only (and by 1.11 of the general rules will (be made to) stay on topic) so we're all on the same page already. If you feel the need to ping the dev, just do so by actually pinging them (that is using an @ followed by their user name). Secondly, please don't use a bunch of consecutive posts but edit your first one instead. It'll be easier to follow you that way. Thirdly, for obvious reasons, please refrain from yelling.
Now, on to the matter at hand: there are no 'other men', there's Richard, but even if there were, the tag rules don't state that a
harem tag would not be applicable in these circumstances. Given Richard's condition I'd say it's safe to assume that he won't ever make a move on any of them, has little to no voyeuristic tendencies and his member will probably never be on display either. I fear most of your misconceptions stem from you paying little attention to the story, waiting for the lewds. I'd gladly be proven wrong though. As they say, innocent until proven filthy.

It's unfortunate that you felt like you couldn't get past the first scene. I don't think your reasons hold up for an excuse to give up on this story and here's why:
There is inherent absurdity in this style of game anyway. Every game on this site requires large amounts of suspension of disbelief. You are supporting Killer7, maker of My New Family and My New Memories, right? Now, I very much enjoy both those game, but you can't pretend they are not silly and absurd at times, yet you are even financially supporting those. Or at least the little thing under your profile pic says you are.
Tune in to the Show is acknowledging that to some degree, the built-in absurdity of these types of game. But I think anyone who really reads between the lines ought to catch that this is in many ways setting up an expectation that it then flips. Once you get to the house you meet complex and interesting characters (not sex crazed women ready to join the MC harem just because he's the MC). They are not all just carbon copies of each other and every other character in most VNs on the site.
Now, first off, there are people who have had accidents and lost parts of their body including their genitals so there isn't anything really absurd about that at its face. And there are people who are asexual, in fact it is about the same portion of the population that is bisexual and homosexual, yet they are almost never represented in any media, let alone adult games while nearly every female ends up being at least somewhat bisexual in most of these games. The ones you support included. It is far more absurd for so many straight women to suddenly become bisexual than for one of eight characters in the game to be asexual, especially with the cause he has to just have given up on sexuality.
It is true I think that Richard is meant to seem like a ridicules character when you first hear about him, but he isn't. After you meet him, if you're paying attention, it becomes clear that he has a lot of depth. He probably isn't even actually asexual but because of his accident is just coping with his situation (which seems very likely to include his wife cheating on him now because he no longer has a member, but we will see). My hope is that we as the MC get the chance to learn about him and help him deal with his new life situation in a healthy way and built a really emotional deep non-sexual relationship with a fellow guy. A very rare thing in these types of game. And Katherine is a failing celebrity who is desperate for a break and willing to do anything for it, or at least that's how she comes across at first. But with the hints of a scandal in her past of some kind and her saying she will "have a talk" with the other members of the cast there is clearly more going on... possible with the whole premise of the show.
If you've ever played a tabletop RPG, you're probably familiar with the cliché set up of "You're all in a tavern." It's a cliché but it's used for a reason, that reason being that we have to start somewhere and get moving past the start so let's not pretend this isn't a little silly and just get on with it. It seems like this game is starting with what feel like a cliché set up but is very quickly moving away from that once you acknowledge the idea that, "Yeah the whole idea is a little absurd."
This was all just my two cents and I respect if you decide to still not give this title a try, but I just felt like I had to address you're points because they seem rather weak to use to give up on what seems to me at least to be a good story.

I also gave up the game the moment the celebrity tells the mc that there's another guy in the show who is dickless and at the same time also explains on how sexual intercourse between participants is a must for the ratings of the show. So for me it's not about that richard character, it's about how do they even put a guy who can't even uses his dick in a show knowing that sexual intercourse does matter and a must for the ratings? This is what i called a scripted bullshit harem scenarios. They wanted the mc to have all the girls so they created some ridiculous attempts of excuses to justify the mc's future's actions by creating that poor richard character. It's the same thing in WVM, the mc there are excell at sport, athletics, can stood out of fights, kind hearted, have a way with words with the ladies, can never go wrong in his decisions and so many other scripted bs traits not even superman has it. It's so ridiculous it's embarrassing playing that mc. But there was also some good harem games that i've played which didn't felt scripted. I came here hoping that this will be one those few but i guess i was wrong, that's why i quit.

That's why I posted my concern about Richard. He could have been a genuinely faithful, family-man who tries to push the MC to pursue a more romantic, monogamous path- as opposed to the eunuch that he effectively is to avoid "competition".

Why couldn't they get rid of Richard on the show? Well maybe he already signed a contract, and he could sue them for all they were worth if they booted him because of his disability? This is Katherine's last shot to get back in the limelight on a show she likely set up and may even have funded the start of and it being sued for breaching a contract would destroy any chance she has to get back on top. It is not that farfetched a scenario, the show is not "about sex." Sex is supposed to happen to make it interesting, but it's billed as a social experiment. They couldn't make a show about people having sex if that was all there was to it unless it was a porn show on a porn network which this show doesn't seem to be. Like the real show Big Brother, it isn't "about sex," but the people on it hook up and build relationships because it is just what happens and makes it interesting. You could never have a show on a mainstream network just "about sex."
I don't mean this to be insulting or combative, it just seems odd to me that you'd give up on it in the first five minutes of the first episode just because it was setting up a seemingly odd scenario for a possible payoff later. And you can't really criticize the quality of the MC because you don't know him, you gave up on the story before learning anything about them or any of the characters. Nearly every criticism you gave is baseless and based on assumption on your part about how it ought to be, and not even how it is. You felt it was unrealistic, but it actually isn't, and it is setting up something for a payoff later (or at least seems to be setting up a payoff).
Honest question: would it still be a "scripted bullshit harem scenario," if there was no Richard? Because that would be the alternative and all it would do is get rid of an interesting character. The way Richard is done might be a little uncommon, but it allows the story to have the character without people demanding or being worried about NTR. If Richard was in the game and wasn't disabled, you know that this would lead to endless debts about that three-letter word... fans of it would demand it and people who hate it would be worried every update if this is the one where the other shoe drops, and it shows up. The writer found a creative and out of the box way to have male character who isn't an asshole, isn't a threat, isn't a throw away background filler, and isn't a set up for cucking the MC later. It's kind of genius.
Again, just my thoughts, feel free to ignore them, but I just feel like you're giving up on something good without giving it a fair shake.

If that is how the scenario should be, then i would gladly play. The current scenario felt like it's there just to avoid competition just like you said. I mean they can be any reasons other than a dickless eunuch.
Such a silly reason to drop the game lol. No kidding we have to suspend reality a bit when playing any harem game. Would it have made you feel better if Richard was gay instead.

Gay is a lot more believable than dickless eunuch. Suspension of disbelief can only get you so far, as it depends on the audience's trust in the storyteller. Dev could tell a great story, seems to have solid characters and premise; but being so early in development, I'm not sure I'm ready to hand over that much credulity.
It does seem like a minor issue, but everyone has their preferences. I for one will continue to play this one because the other characters are so good, especially Da-eun and Diana.

Here's the problem tho. Yes, K7 does veer into the ridiculous at times. The difference? His games start off with a serious plot. Both MNF and MNM are both really kind of depressing out of the gate. It's the build up to the silliness that is the pay off to the story.
When you start with something wholly absurd and unbelievable, it sinks the whole thing. Any game that needs to have a sex scene in the first 5 minutes is doing something wrong. Beyond all else, this genre is supposed to about the Novel, with pictures added.
What could have fixed it: Don't cut off the guy's dick. The accident caused brain damage and he's lost attraction to everyone. There, that's all. This was just like a giant "Hey, just so we're clear there will be no NTR, don't worry, see look I've made the most absurd other male character ever. There's no way he's going to be a rival. Don't send hate." The only way it'd be easier to spot that for what it was, was if it had been in Magenta and all in Bold when she said it.
The blowjob: Unneeded in this part of the game. Also, if you wanted to make this seem remotely serious, she would have had you examined by a doctor or a nurse, something. I don't care how shit her career has gone, no Celeb is giving Dumbass MC a blowjob out of the gate. It's not happening, it's suspension of disbelief and lazy writing.
In fact, that entire scene with her could have been skipped. Any sexual things that happen between them could have been done later when we actually know something about her as a character. Discovering the facts about the other male could have been a part of the plot when interacting with him.
If a story has such an offputting opening that people are able to just go "This is dumb" and turn it off, then it clearly shows that it should be reworked.
Like you said, there is character and drama in the plot that will be explored later, but when you preface it with this garbage, I have no inclination to sit through it.
This coming from the guy whos banner is Ataegina which has both absurdly ridiculous plot, and 0 suspension of disbelief from the get go, and in the first 3 scenes there is a rape scene, and a lesbian scene, and another rape scene IMMEDIATELY, you are an extreme hypocrite lmao. I do like Ataegina to but im not hypocritical about it, you shouldn't throw stones in glass houses.

Gotta say, other than being a bit verbose and overly descriptive (lost count of how many "at that"s, "softly chuckles", "cute smiles", and other repeated phrases I read), I quite like what's being presented here.
And I don't really have a problem with Richard other than the fact that he's a wasted character and the personification of TV static. I mean, the man's dickless and his name is Dick, it's obvious this wasn't supposed to be taken seriously.
Also the renders are beautiful and Maya is adorable, great work.

I don't know if I would've revealed to 7 strangers that I was loaded, especially if you're trying to find love. You can never tell who's genuinely into you.
It's too soon for the best girl talk, other than Maya, I'm not really into any of the girls just yet, but I will say that I find Ayaka annoying. The MC also needs to buy a new dick, while they're still on sale.
