most games are like that
once it hits 1.0, at least its deliverable state
might be some patches and fixes but the full game is there

This is just plain innacurate in terms of version numbers for any game ever...

The most common? X.Y.Z, where

X = game status (0 usually means development build, 1 being first release, 2+ each iteration of major content such as expansions or major overhaul)

Y = current milestone patch number for the version; in this case 0.10 meaning it's currently the tenth patch for the development build

Z = current minor patch/hotfix number

Expecting... any game to count up and tick over like some weird base ten system until release is just stupid. Granted, some developers have their own arcane version system (letters? widgets? elephants in a suitcase?); but those are generally an exception.

I personally expect this to go to about patch 0.21-0.26 if he is planning on adding about the same content as the previous tunnel escape.

This games is quirky too many parodies in one package it fucking batshit great Facehuggers (Alien) Nemesis (Resident Evil) bring back those creepy nurses from the other game you've Got Silent Hill. Just add some dino crisis, Parasite Eve or Fatal Frame and we're good to go.
