just a thought; having to keep 2 games, one with pantyhose n one without, doesn't seem right. i think devs should make that into a switch on/off feature or at least give the choice at beginning to commit to the preferred set
I cant see the Otaku scene on the simulation now. its happening, I see the bar and there are sounds, but the scene is invisible XD also everytime I find him I buy stuff but he doesnt offer the potion

Because the person in charge of updating the thread made a complete mistake and didn't verify that the uploaded file was indeed the special version. Instead, only the basic version of the title was uploaded.
You can easily see this by starting any saved game and seeing that you don't get a reward chest in the selection area at first.
And since the genius developer isn't good at programming things well, the difference between a save from the special version and the "normal" version is nonexistent, so you can start that scene, but since there are no files for it in the normal version, you get that result.
Therefore, a hero is still needed to share the truly special version and the Panty patch.
And a real hero in this case, given how "funny" the developer was in the past, I, for one, won't give him money again unless the product is finished, because the scare he caused was unnecessary.

At least standard version is better than no new version, can't blame the updater who probably just uploaded what was made available to him. Still waiting for that "special" hero though.
Old pantyhose patch should work for new version also, it's just an image replacer. Would be missing the pantyhose for any new images though.

Better than the first part, although the bullets do not run out forever, and from the third location, getting new levels has ceased to be a terrible grind, but the fact that the basic functions from the previous part are partially implemented and leave room for milking with endless partial patches is of course sad.
And it's also sad that each location takes 2.5 patches to get all the content, and not one patch.
It's nice that at least the weapons are now more effective than in the previous part and you're less likely to be stupidly spammed due to a lack of Agility.
Maybe we'll live to see when this game has content, and milking with endless small patches is a piece of cake.
I also don't understand why the VP and Infected mechanics are needed? If it's just Defeat. Is it again the laziness of the developer who didn't even want to expand or supplement the basic old events or the stretching of dubious "survival" mechanics in a game where there is no survival and no plot?
