Its not in the game and because the MC has no way of knowing what happened to any of them apart from his family, it also is kind of hard for me to think of a way to get it into the main game outside of some bonus content.

Personally it sounds weirder to me that MC didn't have an incest fetish growing up (og timeline) and then after his sisters were "mean" to him (ignored him/not being Catherine) he stops talking to them only to develop one (maybe to try to fix the issues between them?) Rather than MC has impossibly attractive women living with him, his mom still being freaky with dad while young, or any "accidental" perving done during childhood. Thinking about it we have gotten a direct explanation for the impregnation fetish (his mind is still that of an old man vs a teen) but we haven't gotten a reason/first example of the incest portion

We're all degenerates on this site so maybe that happened with the MC but more extreme. I think a lot of it was revenge fantasies where he dominated his hateful sisters with his manhood but who knows?

The only issue I can see (beyond characters changing which could be quite a bit of work) is that no matter what routes MC picks he has already irrevocably changed stuff to the point where the OG timeline information would be useless (even more so on seduction route).

I think it's pointless to show the girls in the og timeline, but that's my opinion, we already have an idea of how they are in the future and that's enough i think.

You also ignore (or try to make my question sound less reasonable) by saying if he perved on both his nieces and nephews when I clearly make mention of EVERY FEMALE. If they were male i dont think the MC would be interested in them as he has shown no interest in males?

Sorry that was unintentional with the nephews. In the prologue he just says that they wouldn't let him near their kids as if he was a creep to them or something.
It's presented as though it hurt him bad enough he never went to another family gathering even during the holidays after that.

He didn't perv on his nieces and he had no intention to do so. His sisters had a certain perception of him though, and at this point in time, they probably weren't even that wrong with it. Still, he wouldn't have done anything, just as he didn't do a lot of things he would have liked to in his old timeline.

Maybe it is only my taste, I find it quite interesting and attractive when I played the beginning of this game: seeing how mc compare the things from his memories and the truth "reality", thinking how the girls will be in the future compare to what he sees now in the "past" and using his memories to prevent the worst future. Currently it only focus on the past(which is normal since he cannot go "back"), it is kind of... less fun(not to say not interesting, I am still enjoy playing the game).
I think you can make something such as mc dream back in the "past" again like what you did last time, but this time it can be a longer version, here is my idea:
Mc some how dream about the girls in original timeline during his sleep, seeing how they will be in the original timeline facing their own happiness, sadness and problems. But the scenes will fade out quicker and quicker as the more mc changed in the past, the weaker the link between old and young mc, when mc totally changed the future the link of original time will be forever disconnected.
This idea can solve your problem of telling the story of the girls in original timeline, it also can let mc know more about the "future", which in his view is impossible to know, and use that informations to prevent bad things happen.
Hope my idea can inspire you to more greater ideas!
