A fits Vik really well with the corset-style top. B is kind of something that looks good but is not Vik style. C just doesn't fit and those pockets just irks you.

I knew a very dumb girl who'd been told by her mom that she'd better put out if she wanted the boys to like her. I'd say that's one of the less unbelievable things in the game.

I really don't see the hooker thing you guys talk about. Is it the open back? To me it gives more of a festival girl vibe.

Same. Seeing how supportive Julia is for her daughter, i can totally imagine Julia telling her daughter to dress like that.. but that usually only works if Vik would like to impress the mc + she would need to know that he will be coming.. otherwise it wouldnt make much sense yet..
Julia could be trying to sabotage and wash all of viks clothes, leaving only c outfit, buuuut that doesnt sound believeable either, haha...
She could resort to emotional blackmailing: "i was looking around for hours/days for your outfit, please PLEASE wear it for your birthday for me.. pretty please?"
...
another idea could be that Julia tries to trick Vik by taunting her: "im not sure this outfit would look any good on you.. i think you became a bit.. fat?" - making Vik accept that challenge and tries it on, but the moment she wants to change back, mc arrives and tells her she looks really good on that, making her change her mind in a tsundere way... who knows xd

It's the pockets combined with the ultra short shorts and socks. Just screams trailer park trashy to me.

It's a bummer, because it's going to win and I don't think it fits the character super well, but thaat's how polls go. It'll still be a super hot scene I'm sure.

Edit to add: I have no issue with the top. It's the shorts that kill me.

It's not hooker as such, but it's bad taste. In my country they would call that kind of outfit "grasa".

Its not even that much of a stretch in the context of the game. Julia knows Vic hat a crush on mc since forever. She also likely bought it after meeting mc at the mall, so she knows he's a pervy little gremlin too. Combine the two and you get ...
The question is how vic will react when mc sees her.

Development update – Outfit poll

I've reached the stage again where I can't see the whole map making stuff anymore. I really wanted the last map to be simple and quickly made and I actually did manage to get all the parts that are important done in like two days. The problem is that the part in which the characters will move around in go very high up making it necessary to build quite the scenery around it. By now it turned into the biggest map by far, although the detail-to-size ratio still isn't comparable to the beach map. The lack in detail shouldn't really be noticeable though as you will see most of the map from pretty far away and through depth of field.

All in all I think I should be able to get it done within the next few days and after that I can get to finishing up the script and hopefully start rendering some time soon.

Anyway, as I said in the showcase last week, here is another outfit poll, this time for the outfit Viktoria will wear during v0.9. I actually made quite a few more outfits for her over the past few months but the way the script turned out the outfit needed to be one that she wouldn't normally wear by herself. Should the skirt option be chosen I might need to rewrite a few things as a skirt does present some new opportun

Which outfit do you guys like the most? I like B better but the one that is winning is C. My problem with C is that it seems very... I can't find the word in English to describe it XD. In any case I think the skirts are better.

A) Because I'm sucker for tight pants, but at same time C) because at same time I'm sucker for tight shorts

But, considering it's Vicky I'm going for A.

Oof. Can we get a proofreading pass soon? The number of weird typos grew exponentially towards the recent content, and idk what the hell "under four eyes" means but that among other odd misspellings got really distracting.

I'm pretty sure he is. A lot of the awkward sounding sentences in the first versions come from directly translated common German phrases or sayings.
