Development update
This has been one hell of a busy week for me and still I'm pretty surprised with how much progress I actually managed to squeeze in. I don't even really know how I did it but I think while writing it actually doesn't even hurt that much not to have hours to sit in front of an open words document to think about everything and instead just use the limited time to write things as they come to mind.
In terms of concrete progress I got done with the last map early in the week and for writing I finalized the morning scenes as well as all the variations for the Viktoria and Julia. I also started with the end of the day scenes but here the progress stalled a bit. Normally I have a pretty good idea of how to wrap up everything beforehand but this time around most of my planning was in regards to Viktoria and accordingly I'm still a bit unsure with all the stuff that comes afterwards. I do have some ideas and especially for Jacky it itches in my fingers to make something happen but here I have to be careful not to get too ahead of myself as the true breakthrough for her is still a bit off and I don't want to take away from that. I think I got something pretty good for the corruption route but I'm struggling to find a good equivalent for the seduction one. I'll figure something out though.
Apart from that I also did a lot of minor changes to the character models, the biggest of which are that I changed the eye shaders. In general I doubt that most of these changes will be very noticeable as they are mostly just stuff that annoyed me. I also did a few bigger tweaks such as those to Emilys face I posted on discord but it remains to be seen whether I will actually end up using these.
Anyway, I will try to finalize the script next week so that I can start rendering and get some teasers ready for the showcase at the end of the month.

Don't be annoying. He doesn't use rendering times as an excuse for time used. When Hs devs talk about rendering, they are talking about setting up the scenes and character and poses and camera. That's technically not what it means, but who gives a shit.

You'll notice there's "normal screenshot" and "rendered screenshot."
You CAN just do screen captures and go that route, but if you render out at a higher resolution (which BaiBai does, he does 2560x1440) then it does take a little time.
There's also rendering animations frame-by-frame, which I'll admit I don't know how to do, but THAT would be the true time sink in render times, guaranteed.
But also yeah, setting up the scene itself is far more time-consuming than rendering the scene, in any software, in my experience. I am always a little surprised when some devs talk about pure render times being a significant bottleneck for them, but BaiBai isn't one of them, and his use of the word "rendering" is accurate here.

start to rendering is like spending hours for the renders to be done like in Daz 3D.
like i said there are no rendering in Honey Select or the other ching chong games he uses to create this

I always thought he was Chinese, hmm, how does he deal with censorship and other internet laws in Germany?
IF he is german, then may through VNPs or something? germany is rly crazy when it comes to internet censorship, like most nsfw games on steam are flat out inaccesable if you try to open them up from germany.

NSFW stuff is not illegal. It's just that age verification on Steam is not strong enough for Germany's government.
There's no such censorship in Germany. NSFW games aren't on german steam because steams age verification is basically nonexistant. There is no general censorship when it comes to NSFW material in Germany.
Selling porn isn't illegal in germany. Not even prostitution is.

If the developer is chinese then the project of their own will mostly have a chinese version first(some even have chinese version only), as the fan base of adult industries in china is huge and developer prefer to make their work in their mother language.

The reason I wanted to tweak her face as a whole was because I feel like she can look a bit weird from some angles, especially due to the depth of her eye sockets.
I'm currently playing around with the lip gloss for all characters. They probably won't stay this shiny, just so that I still have room to increase the gloss for special occasions.
Her eye size is also reduced a bit to compensate for the longer eye lashes. I think that also plays its part in her looking a bit more grown up.
For this model my intention was only to get rid of some weirdness and to make her look better. I do agree though that she ends up looking a bit older.
