The number after 0.9 is 0.10, not 1.0. It isn't a decimal number, but two completely independent numbers separated by a "." glyph

Yeah, just have to recall the minecraft version, then everything is straightforward. We are not having minecraft version 3.1 because we have 1.9, 1.10, 1.11, etc.
