If he delivers 2500/3000 renderings like last time, I don't mind waiting 6 months between releases. When you see some of them struggling to deliver 600/700 in a year of development....

I agree. all im try to said if continue like these down to road over thinking, cause he's mental health then may effect the update.
these is trap for everyone even in real world if you're overly thinking of something you did to perfection. then delivery result of a product expecting user to have same feel you do, but if the result opposite that will be a problem. these just me said it, since these continue game update, all you have to do set your direction of goal then communicate end user experience and get feedback continue then improve over time.
How about we don't diagnose a person with a mental illness based off of nothing but a few sentences in a development diary.
Thinking about how music choices or asset reuse might affect the end result and be perceived by the player is a very fundamental basic thought process of game development. It is not overthinking. Being creative and making something involves a lot of thinking, thats just the nature of it. It is not a mental illness to think about the result of putting something into the thing you're making. Jesus fucking christ.

sure I agree. take out the mental problem issue, If he continue on back and forward thinking still negative effect the game by delay and losing your direction. have you ever go shopping on clothes with female before? their keep changing mind on clothes, as the end of the day end with nothing.
Thinking about what to do and how to best do it is perfectly normal in game creation. That's just what the creative process is in essence.
Nothing in the dev diary suggests that he's loosing direction. That's just something you read into it.
There's no overthinking there, he's just doing what you're supposed to do when being creative: Thinking about the thing you're making.
If you want a dev that doesn't do that, there's plenty of no-effort slop games shit out with the same basic premise and story over and over again on this site, go play those then.
I for one am happy about a dev that gives a lot of thought for what he is making giving us the compelling and interesting characters we get here.

I tested it and there's a Stephanie blowjob scene when swimsuit shopping that you only get on the corruption route.
The beach sex scene plays out differently depending on the route as well.
Generally both routes have exclusive scenes right now. Well technically there's a lot more exclusive scenes, but they only have 2 scenes each where the other route doesn't get its own version of the same scene.
Corruption has the Catherine blackmail scene and the Stephanie BJ you mentioned.
Seduction has 2 scenes with Alyvia that corruption doesn't get.

Is the release cycle now one update per year, or is that just temporary?
They released 5 new chapters/versions in 2023, but then only 1 in 2024, and so far just 1 in 2025. That seems like a sudden extreme big slowdown.

I won't put words in BaiBai's mouth, but I think 2024 was an outlier. We're likely getting a second release this summer sometime, which leaves the door open for a third by the end of the year.
Many of the earlier releases were around 1k renders. The more recent ones are 3k plus. That's the reason for the slowdown.
Bai Bai mentioned that the next update will be smaller than 0.9 and end of the season 1. Also he put a up status progress every end of month.
Next update should come in June/July at the earliest
We forget that 0.9 is as big as 2 updates
Tbf, he said that before he said that this update yet again turned out larger than expected, so who knows how large it'll end up.
i doubt will be in June. the way dev back and forward probably will be aug. without clear direction and if game delay the supporter will think he's make excuse.
