There are no elements that would trigger NTR in this game.
The Harem process is very slow, as is the incest process from the previous version to this one. For those who played, you know that the content has changed little. I think DV is also stalling to see if it can gain more support, or they don't have the time to focus on the game. The game has only grown in dialogue and a huge amount of photos, but nothing that gives the player anything to say, "Wow, this has improved a lot." 14.6 GB was supposed to have hotter content, not as lukewarm as this one is.
If we compare the release date with the date of this last update, we see that the game has only grown in size and dialogue, nothing that raises the bar for hot sex.

A lot of people like when the "process" is slower, it builds tension and makes it more believable. Think about it, if in the first 10 minutes one of the girls said "oh brother, put your disproportionately large penis inside me" would it have the same effect as getting to spend time with her and seeing how she came to want that?

Apart from that I wouldn't re-imagine the game,

I think that's enough for the game to lose it appeal for many, you have to keep in mind that people get attached to that kind of things like characters and hate changes overall - not to mention, most of the time remakes before game is finished = game dying.
Then again, there is that game where steam version have different models than original one and dev doing two builds.

I personally hope that this whole visa thing die because they already starting to getting backlash. Hopefully.
But for now I wouldn't make any hasty decisions.

Haven't read the latest pages but i believe Baibai should complete 0.10V , keep it shelved until the problem is solved and start the remake.

If the problem is solved, released v10 and continue that version.

If the problem become permanent, then remake sadly.

Imho, In that case, it would be better to complete 0.10V and then put it on hold and just start completely new game.

What I like most about this game is precisely the taboo and the original models it has, like the MC's classmates. Without these two aspects, I would abandon the game with all the pain in my heart, since it wouldn't be the same (my opinion is that v10 should be released as planned and over time we'll see where things are going).

If Taboo was what made this game unique then we could be playing some loli slop somewhere else. Your game is what it is mostly because of your dialogues, sure the characters being kids plays a big part in their personality but you don't need to sacrifice innocence/"chastity" or their petite bodies, only their maturity. Half of the characters are already adults and I see no one complaining, in fact I've only seen people complaining because of the little ones being too offputting. And, Oh no incest banned what will we do! If only there was a VN author that has gained millions in patreon with the central faimily being an in-law one (Summertime Saga). You won't lose fans lol the opposite, if you manage to build a non-taboo story without destroying your style then your fanbase will increase tenfold. Just make them barely-legal and call it a day. Also be ambiguous with the Uni, make it look like a school like other games have done (take Waifu Academy as a reference, for example). And don't try to make it like a patch that can be undone, this will only lead to your game being definitely banned.

The inner conflict that comes from these grown women trying not fall for this boy is TABOO in itself. that's why no one's "complaining" because it's still the same type of taboo lmao.

Also, did you really just put summertime saga, a game that's so fundamentally different from twisted memories, as an example of a successful game? I'm crying , you cannot be serious, the games are completely different then eachother, one game can work without blood incest, the other can't, why? Because unlike summertime saga, the whole PlOT revolves around them being actual family, so if you wanted to make them in-laws or whatever, you'd have to do a MAJOR overhaul to the whole story and not just change a couple lines for it to work.
