And what's the problem? I like the game, but I turned on a feature that disables loli scenes, and I was able to enjoy the game without any issues. If the game needs to age two lolis and remove incest (which we'll bring back with patches), I think most people are willing to make this sacrifice.

Who would have imagined that if you threatened to make a remake of a taboo game (that people love) where you removed the most taboo aspects, people would react negatively, sounds insane

"The whole PLOT revolves around them being actual family" ehrm, BEEEEEP, wrong. The plot revolves around the MC fixing his mistakes in a perverted way in order to not end like he ended up in his previous life. Plot works as much if it's about some frustrated milf who still sees MC like a lil kid and two bratty step sisters lol, the incest is what you actually focus on because of personal preference. The game is classic isekai/corruption/cheating and incest is one among other dark themes. Sure the taboo fuels the gooning but that's about it, the novel works perfectly fine without it
And nah you don't need to do a whole ass remake, yes changing the dialogue is enough lol, you're simply making it a bigger problem because you don't entertain the idea.

Then it will be pointless to wait for next update as it follows the old story but everything will be changed in the next next update.
He really should stick to his original vision for the game for a multitude of reasons 1. He will lose supporters may gain some for it being less taboo (more vanilla enjoyers) but still will lose more than he gains. 2. He might not even need to change it as people are fighting back and I'd say we are likely gonna win but hard to say for certain and hypothetical they do win the (censorship lovers) the changes he plans to make most likely won't be enough in months/years time so it'll be a huge waste of time. 3. He likely will burnout from having to spend around a 6-12 months likely longer just to get back to where we are with a watered down version that will have less support behind it and as I said in the 2nd point it might need to be neutered again fron the censorship crowd. Some other little things as well but these are more than enough instead of a remake if that is inevitable probably just better to make a new game or find other ways to get support/donations without changing the game I refused to believe that there isn't a solution even if they get there way. But I'll leave it there please bai Bai don't change the game if necessary try and find other websites other methods I know this is a piracy cite but I and some others here have financial supported you on here as well I'll admit i only done a couple of 10$ when a update came out but it's not nothing. I love the game as many others do that's why we ranting and so on don't cave to them.

He should release what he has and reevaluate his next steps after. Throwing the update away + all the support he got for it would not only be dumb but also a shitty thing to do to everyone who contributed monetarily to it.
Yeah as much as I enjoy this game (even the less than stellar translation) there is 0% chance that it will "survive" a remake as intense as would be needed.
No less than 3 characters having to be rerendered (even if you dont think they are loli/shota the censors will) one of which is the MC (insane amount of renders already), his little sister who has some of if not the most content, side characters such as leo (who has a scene) this does not even include things like the school uniforms would logically need to go (a uni that everyone goes to at the same time in the morning and has uniforms? lol ok) because any "school" below uni is off limits (once again to the people wanting to censor) even if you call it xyz school.
Having to rewrite a large portion of the game to remove any incest/ageplay/mentions of anything petite/mentions of school that arent obviously uni, having to rewrite a large portion of MC's money making plan (ie the entire non sexual part of the game) because drugging someone against their will (dubious consent) is not allowed, bascially every single character besides Viktora would need HEAVY rewrites which would need to be in german, then translated into English, and unlike normal A SINGLE MISTAKE (in terms having a single piece of "bad content") would make the entire process useless so the translation would likely take baibai much much longer (not only because it requires 10 chapters worth of text but also because he cant let a single "bad thing" remain in all those hundreds of thousands of words)
Losing a huge portion of support in hopes that a bunch of "vanilla" fans play a game that is being reworked, on hold (for the year+ long rework time) instead of any of the much much much much more popular/ highly rated "vanilla" games, or just not caring if they do and losing a large portion of the games income only to have to do another rework when the censors want more change (MC is not allowed to show his dick to any girl without them explicitly asking with a notary present), or having to do a "better" rework (hope you saved the OG files baibai) when all of this calms down/evolves further

I would guess this is correct, unless the censorship issue is resolved.
Taking a sabbatical and if there turns out there will be no censorship - continuing current game is much better than redoing it as a shittier version.

Sadly if the game is remade to abide by the censorship its just another win for the people who are behind all this bullshit ,at the end of the day anyone who remakes their game to abide by the new censorship bullshit is only giving more wins to the people behind it and damaging there own product/fanbase
So he's going down the censorship/remake route then, I had hopes but I should've known that this avn wouldn't survive to completion.
