Ntr is not actually equivalent to cuckolding, in that its specifically for a person's significant other.
Netorare is the act of stealing someone's "loved one", so its not tied to just an SO. So like a mom remarrying and kid getting a stepfather isn't ntr, but if mom just straight up abandons the son cuz of some dude coming and giving her some heavenly dick, then you can probably see why that would be counted especially if the mom degrades and humiliates her son verbally
(Ergo what might happen with Aiden and his mom )

There's even a sub-category of ntr called BSS, where its not even the person's loved one, but rather their crush that gets "stolen" from them lol. NTR is moreso about that feeling of loss rather than just literal cuckoldry.

I think you mistook the names Catherine (Aiden's gf) with Mrs Clements (the teacher). There is also Viktoria's mom, and we even met her dad

Sure & thats fair, thats the kind of girls you like, also the kind of girls I like too, I want a girl to be as possessive as humanly possible with me, people are just purposely trying to miss the point that they are considered dominant qualities in a partner, and are just dead set on taking it as a harsh negative. I confess I was a bit annoyed with Steph's sudden personality flip but as I learned about her issues I found her attitude entirely believable.
Like others pointed out she's clingy because she starting to care more and more for the MC in a way that's much bigger than lust.

Don't get it twisted she's super kinky and yearns to get down and dirty and be mercilessly rawdogged and creamed like an overstuffed twinkie (Remember her masturbation fantasy?) but she's afraid.

She won't risk pregnancy no matter how much she wants to because of her abandonment issues.
She's afraid she'll be left with a baby after the MC ditches her and be royally fucked...in a bad way.

Once she gets comfortable and fully trusts the MC watch her become the chief babymaker out of all of them. She'll love the kinky breeding sex and once she has a baby will fall in love with motherhood.
I'm calling it here Steph will become the super mom they can all rely one while they have careers or something. She'll take care of everybodies kids I'll bet.

EDIT: All this to say BaiBai_ is an amazing writer who writes really believable characters. Hell the story quality and the poetic way he describes things is far above the common shit we see here even among popular games.
