Weekly development update
Alright, I know I said I'd start putting all the scenes into the script this week but that turned out not to be totally truthful. If you remember back half a million development updates I did start post-processing the renders in this development circle and while I did everything from v0.1 to v0.9 back then I only know realized that I still had to do the v0.10 renders too. Accordingly I did that for most of this week.

Anyway, I got done with that and I also started with some of the script work yesterday but the progress here is barely worth talking about. Its really just putting in the first few scenes, doing some transitions and checking that all the renders are labeled correctly since no matter how much I try to be tidy with this stuff, it always end up being messed up.

Does we have any info about how far we are from next update ?
Hard to say for certain he has most of the coding to do and some testing and fixing any bugs so depends I reckon 3 weeks from yesterday as he does most of the work on weekends if we lucky the last Sunday of this month but that will set you up for disappointment so the 1st or 2nd Sunday of October is more likely and better to assume it'll take that long and if it comes earlier then great. But that's just what I know and my opinion take with some salt

Yeah, he wanted to redo the phone system and finish all the UI stuff before this release too, so it makes sense that coding will take a bit longer.

Honestly I completely forgot about that hopefully he already did that but I don't remember him mentioning doing that already hopefully that won't take too long with all the stuff that happened with the censorship/panic he might have forgotten to do all that if he hasn't done it already honestly he could leave that for now and most wouldn't care less most just want the update and for him not to remake the game even though it seems like it ended up only being a incest patch type of thing which is much more tolerable but still a bit unnecessary.

Tbh better to fix something you're aware of like that while its front of mind before it piles and becomes spaghetti code. A dev for a browser game I played ended up having to spend a week fixing old shit that broke new shit because the newer features hadn't been a factor when it was first coded. I'm subbing for another month and playing it by ear for now. I would be disappointed if we dont see it in new few weeks, but considering bro works full-time like me and I got blasted with surprise OT again (more money? wowee thankies :PogChamp:) I'm not inclined to pile on. So many devs use the hgames as their only income and always seem to come up with excuses anyhow.

Given that we had a fair few bugs with the phone system over the updates, I think that's gonna be one of the reason why he wants to overhaul it for the next release.

So? guess no sep ... keep thing simple as they were on the first 4 updates ... dont know why too much delay and delay already

hopefully we get full curse on one of the 3 close ones or something like teacher plus sweet heart

Because the more versions are released, the longer the updates become: 600 renders, then 1,000, then 1,800, then 2,300, and the last one was over 3,000. Everyone told him he could slow down a bit, and he knows it himself, but I think he can't help himself.
