The 'depth revival' could be still good if the Dev hadn't messed up his ending and he still start a new game with the same type of story.
Yes. He kept saying the same translation/proofreading thing/small random thing to fix for the last three months. I think that the dev is not truthful on the real progress and may be hiding something. If the dev plans a yearly update going forward, then he should say that to his patreons.
No one is going to sub if he gives one year updates, the subscribe star is a one month payment method. If he does this, then he will be at a loss. Well the dev is just having some issues with taking too long to update.
Well it has become a trend with each update seems to be taking longer than the last.
I get why you'd think that. Its for the same reason I've had like a dozen different people volunteering to proofread the game for me so far only for maybe 3 of them to finish 1 or at most 2 of the smaller in-game days and then giving up on it. Not blaming anyone though, its quite easy to underestimate the time it takes to dig through these amounts of texts. To put it into perspective, one more update and the game could get pretty close to surpassing the bible in terms of word count.
I think I mentioned it somewhere before but v0.10 will have the most lewd scenes of any update so far (counting only scenes where at least one party reaches at least one orgasm as a lewd scenes) as well as multiple full penetration scenes with more than one girl. Whether that prospect is enough for someone to give me money I'll let them decide on their own though.
I also commented on that before, if v0.11 will take similar amounts of time as v0.10 or v0.9 there will be no v0.12. Other devs can pull it off but I'm not build for these development times, I need my regular dose of reassurance. So no, no yearly updates going forward.
I don't see how you don't have a lot of control to make small, frequent releases.
If that is true then its all good man, I have no problems with delays or waiting a little longer as long as the content of the update justifies the development time. Wish u good luck so that you could finish the update soon.
I mean, there is 0 reason to lie about the cause of the delays, because it does not change the fact that those delays will happen.
Honestly, I would not mind if I have to wait longer. But I am not a supporter (sadly not possible for me to support on Subscribestar...).
After your latest statements, I'm wondering whether or not to continue. I'd like you to clarify what's going to happen next. As for the major updates, several of us have already told you to slow down a bit. Especially since you're reaching a point in the story where there will be more and more action because the MC is getting closer to a lot of girls. No one wants you to burn out. For your dose of reassurance: no one writes like you, and you have a real talent for creating your own animations. So keep going, 800/1000 renders with 1 or 2 sex scenes is more than enough for an update (for me)
That's why I didn't like that much the idea of the AI tool, but I think with time Baibai will get the gist of it and improve the process becasue the proofreading is always a long chore, this ain't your school essay for that class no body cares.
I believe this should be the path going forward as well. It's clear that the scope of each individual day is far too big currently with far too many interactions with as many girls as possible resulting in updates taking a minimum of 8 months plus to release.
Hard disagree on most of that. I seriously doubt "most of us" are going to skip ANY of it. If reading and an actual story aren't for you the internet is full of mindless porn you can go elsewhere and enjoy.
