The tags aren't done by the devs and I suspect you may have the wrong impression what these tags necessitate.
Multiple penetration refers to a girl using dildos in a bonus scene, cheating refers to the fact that some sidegirls are married and are thus cheating on their husbands by being with mc and blackmail is because mc can optionally blackmail a girl to kickstart their relationship in one of two possible routes for her.
