If you review all the devlogs the author has published—many of which are available on this forum—it becomes clear that the developer has been focused on fixing errors and has been working on that task for quite some time. It is true that all previous content has already been translated, but the developer also made it clear that they would begin a typographical error review, which makes perfect sense.
Using that point in time as a reference, it’s important to consider that correcting this kind of issue requires reading virtually every line of dialogue. Unless the developer relies heavily on AI, it’s not realistic to assume they could finish so quickly given the sheer amount of text involved. And even with AI assistance, the process is not that simple: I’m not aware of any AI capable of processing such a large volume of text all at once. On top of that, using large models via API is expensive, since they charge based on the amount of text processed, which would require splitting the files and reviewing them in chunks.
I personally tried something similar using Grok to correct translation errors in an RPG Maker game called Demon Deals, and it was a disaster. The results were inconsistent and unreliable.
Preach. But sadly, speaking truth/reason here won't stop the endless stream of complaint posts by individuals who have decided in their own heads (based on none of that inconvenient truth/reality stuff) that the dev is unquestionably malicious for not meeting their specious demands.

Dude, this kind of complaint shows up in pretty much every VN. Very few developers release updates quickly, and when they do, they usually come with very little content or noticeably lower quality; in other cases, they rely heavily on AI.

The problem is that many people don’t know how to evaluate things properly. The only fair way to judge an update is based on the amount and, above all, the quality of the content delivered, not just on how long it took to release. Judging solely by the months of waiting creates bias and leads to unfair accusations against developers who are not scammers, unlike well-known cases such as icstor or Dr. Bones.

In VNs made with Honey Select 2, especially projects of medium–high quality like Twisted Memories, it is completely normal for 1 or 2 well-crafted scenes to be produced in 4 or 5 months. Carefully made poses, camera work, lighting, writing, bug fixing, and integration take far more time than many people realize. Demanding more scenes in that timeframe usually means lowering quality or heavily reusing assets and AI.

The only real way to know whether an update was worth the wait is when it actually releases, by objectively analyzing its content and level of polish. As for the endless complaints, it’s enough to read the forum rules: those kinds of comments can be reported, and moderators will eventually remove them. That’s why the best thing we can do is simply wait.

If the goal is to reduce the time between updates, the only viable alternative would be to release smaller updates every 4–5 months, with one or two scenes at most. This approach has worked for some developers, such as the creator of Sinful Summer, although even there a greater reliance on AI has become noticeable lately.

Well by definition the MC starts off as UB, then, before the time jump or whatever it is. And I don't think anyone expects Aiden to be involved in any lewd scenes, so netori yes but not NTR. While the game is ongoing and technically that possibility still exists it would be completely inconsistent with the hours of gameplay and character development so far. So I think being overly concerned about it would not be reasonable. I don't play NTR games but this game is so good that even if that did show up as an optional scene at some point it wouldn't bother me at all, although I know a lot of players may be more sensitive. Wow, a nuanced and balanced take on F95. I'm now fully convinced the end times are upon us.

Lol I didn't know anybody was actually worried about Aiden ntr in this game. Gonna have to have the MC fuck his mom extra hard for the mere notion crossing someone's mind.
Sorry not sorry Aiden so go sit in your chair.

I've been looking forward to more time with Mrs. Clements - Nina! It's been several years since we got new content with her and this update includes Monday - a school day - and hopefully, come very sexy time with Nina.

I've replayed her scenes at least 5x since the last update and next week will see #6.

The MC's date with her on the Thursday of this upcoming week should be epic but that is a distant hope compared to Monday with Nina!

Cheers!! :coffee:

If there isn't Cathrine content I'm gonna rope
I'm keeping it a little more positive, im just hoping for some content with the mother before im 40 which gives the dev a solid 15 years! However with the mother going on a business trip and each update being a single in game day and each update taking 6 months to a year, hopefully im not married with kids by then.
