Ren'Py - Twisted World [v0.1.1 Remake] [SnatsGames]

A real shame, the original story was decent and promised a lot, the new one is... strange and without much sense, when a dev makes a remake out of nothing and literally changes everything you had, it doesn't mean that the magic is over, Even the opening image has nothing to do with the context of the game, if we add to that the clear inclination towards trap/futa content this does not promise much except for some niche fetishist in 4 or 5 years if they are lucky.

I like games based on Koi and I thought this would be a visual novel type game, even if it wasn't it was good but...

THE GOOD
The characters worked well, the scenes too and the personalities too. Although the plot is very far-fetched, to a certain point it was entertaining and the concept is great, but there was only one thing that hurt all of this...

THE BAD... or not?
This game should have been a VN, trying to add a sandbox (in my opinion) damaged the entire game. I mean, the sandbox is fine and everything, but it is very tiring to grind characters, especially in this type of game. Particularly the sandbox is good when it does not affect the progression of the story, I prefer something linear progressive with decision making and yes a sandbox but that does not affect the story line. Particularly in this aspect I didn't like the game. On the other hand, the protagonist's purpose is lost at the beginning, that is, he has a purpose, he knows what his purpose is but I feel that at the beginning he puts it aside because of stupidity.


The game is fine if you like to farm to have everything, but I don't particularly feel that it is well done in this aspect, that is, the gameplay, for everything else it is fine. Particularly, I wouldn't recommend it because I got bored when the topic started that in order to advance in the story you have to do the sandbox. But if you want to play it forward, there is no loss in not doing so.

This is the best NSFW game i've ever played. I wasn't a fan on traps, but now im addicted to them, this has a perfect balance of everything.
The MC is likeable, i really root for that guy. The dialogue is very interesting, all characters are very distinct, wich is very good. When a game makes you let go of your dick to just gasp and read every line, you know it's going to be good.

So far game has really good and fun story, as well as sex scenes, that can easily eat up your time.

Looks like dev focused more on redesigning of characters, than on finishing the story, and for most here its not the best changings.
Though, I believe that game still gonna be fun to play, just because of unique story and active MC

Amazing game. One of my own personal favourites. Updates are slow but big and there is tons of content for the game already. The story is kind of taking you for a ride and you sort of find out were its going but its not a main point of the game.
Scenes are good and a huge variety of girls and kinks to appreciate.

This is more based on my opinion after the recent character list post and the main menu rework. I kinda wish there was at least playable versions of this rework, like the builds for the original version, to get feedback on stuff instead of just posts:

- Partially because there just isn't content to play and the "grand rework" for nsfw games tend to kill them for me personally either cause they take forever, they never get finished or they stay in an infinite developement hell cause the dev keeps adding stuff instead of finishing the title so it becomes stupid big and borderline unreasonable. Akin to something like Unlimited Pleasure by Waifston, where the original game didn't have a specific direction but generally knew what it was about and what wanted to do, before getting remade and becoming a broken mess with a crazy dev schizo posting.

- I think it could get good feedback on things like character models or the new gameplay loop that is apparently in this rework. I've seen some mixed opinions on some of the models for example. Like I think the family looks fine, except for the MC, who I felt the appeal for was the unimposing twink with a surprise mondo cock. Now he just looks like a faceless ntr protag/fuckboy or something. I don't think you great feedback when you just give your audience images or gifs instead of an actual playable build. I think even if it's exclusive to higher tier patrons, that's fine cause the audience is testing the game out.

I wasn't always into the lack of direction for some updates in the original verison, where you could get into a plot with the gym sister and her old gang or the gilf upstairs then go forever without content for them, but at least I had something to play and try out. I think the rework of the pre existing content needs to be finished so the people paying month to month for the game have something to test out and then have new content/characters be teased as upcoming updates. Like we have 126 characters, all supposedly with SOME degree of content, along with 23 secret characters. Most them I don't think are in the original version at all. That's not to say I don't want any of these new characters, but I think you should finish the main cast you started with.

Such has maybe spread it out so certain side characters like Lars, the Biker Gang or Jazmin's coworkers get content updates with Tomoe, Jill or Jazmin respectively so there is a decent amount of both main story and side content coming out at once. Once those main characters are done, finish up side characters related to them, then start implement the entirely new characters that hadn't been featured before. Finish the plots for characters you've already started.

Being completely candid, I didn't see much of a reason in the first place to rework the game, especially when I don't think it was in a solid enough position, let alone finished. The original game didn't have very many, if any, finished storylines/content with pivotal characters that you would assume take priority while also being too far into developement to reasonably decide to basically pause and restart.

Overall, I still very much like this game and think it's a solid experience. The models pre rework looked pretty good with solid scenes and decent set up for a nsfw game. There were a variety of characters either already in the game or knowingly planned that I think there was something for everyone (on a base level, such as gilf, punk girl, milf, twink etc etc. Of course certain characters had very similar body types or never had much overlap outside of the futas who could either be petite or amazon types unlike the female who are pretty much always taller amazon types or male characters who were femboys. Not saying there isn't some exceptions like Ruby, but it's far and few). The way events worked could be a tad awkward or tedious late game as content dried up, as the game would turn into a timeskip fest, but that should be relieved a bit with the fact that new content was still coming (Though the Jill work out events were still annoying as all hell). Despite an impression that the game felt a tad directionless in terms of the story and kinds of content being released ranging from quick side content to a proper story update, there was at least a good amount of content to play and enough planned for the longer waits to be worth it.

I think the reworked content, overall, LOOKS nice. Emphasis on looks, but the tedious drip feed of teasers for the rework instead of actual playable builds paired with a pre existing lack of confidence about the direction of the game very much leads to any excitement I had being squashed. I feel this is made worse cause of the length of time for the rework, which I feel wouldn't have been a huge deal if there wasn't such frequent posts about content.

Basically the constant announcements of brand new and reworked content/characters and the lack of new content to actually play, paired with the longer than average wait time for a build to play (even for this dev who usually takes a bit of time. I get this a rework so just way more content but this should have been done in release waves or something), I can't say I'm all that excited for the proper release of it. I'll still give it a try when it comes out and probably enjoy it, but it could come out tomorrow or in 3 months and I frankly wouldn't notice until a decent amount of time after its release. Whenever that may be.

Not saying the way I think this game should be handled in terms of releasing content is objectively correct, but I do think the long teaser fest isn't the correct approach either. At least not in regards to this big rework as opposed to a series of standard updates like before.

The game starts off promisingly different, but it's got the same sandbox/time schedule annoyances you have to deal with in order to unlock scenes and progress relationships.

The longer the game goes, the less progress there is on the main story. More and more sidegirls are thrown as a distraction and they all start to look samey.

Now there's some grand rework, so there's now no progress on the main story at all and chances are that you'll have do that busy work again from the beginning. Huge waste of time.

In general I think the remake could've been done better. Mainly separating the old "classic" version and the remake way better. On one hand, I understand why, trying to ride the popularity of the classic into the new version to keep said popularity and therefore funding. But on the other hand, it's a pretty big let down for people who were anticipating a new update. With all the old content scraped, save progression lost and pretty big changes to design/story.

Apart from that rather large disappointment and mishandling, it does seem like it'll hopefully go in a better direction. I found the old version kinda of wonky and buggy. Especially with all these plot setups that were realistically not gonna have a payoff; or end really sloppily. There's a bunch of new cool features (which hopefully won't just be the downfall of the game due to added complexity) that do make the game more interesting, like characters remembering choices, stats and better world interactivity.

Only issue I see with the game itself, is with the character redesigns (which you can see fully in the creator's discord). It's all totally subjective and you can definitely argue that's not really a point to criticize. But considering the buildups of these characters to then be axed for new designs does warrant criticism. Mainly I just find the main characters a little odd. My favorite character, Jaiden, looks incredibly different. They went from very cute leaning to very sexy leaning. Specifically went from being a cute femboy to basically just having the face of a woman. Characters like Jazmin also look a little strange, she went from being a milf to just.. a woman?

tl;dr kinda shitty to leave the previous version completely unfinished but cool that the game looks to be heading in a good direction now

There are numerous cases on this website when nice preview CGs and poster bait you into playing shit-tier games. This game is the opposite. I encountered this game several times while browsing this site and after looking at the previews and rather unsettling cow tits in the poster I usually thought "meh, not worth it". Then one day I decided to give it a chance and got myself into some of the most heated fap sessions of the last few years.

This game managed to capture a lot of my fetishes, including (but not limited to) cute traps, muscle girls, incest, busty demon girls, and chubby futas. The amount of content is simply astonishing, the 0.7.3 version has much more scenes than most of the so-called "complete" games. Most of the characters have very likable personalities (Nora one love). The renders may be a bit lacking in quality, but recent Patreon activity indicates that the dev is working on it.

11/10 new fav game

TL;DR: This is the most pleasant surprise on this site and I mean that in every way possible. Easy recommendation.

I really don't know what drugs I was on when I read the overview and decided I'd play this game. From the description and just the track record of this site in general I fully expected yet another femdom-heavy "you're no more than an object" game or something to that end. Which I'm cool with VERY rarely, but is not my cup of tea at all. So imagine how pleasantly shocked I was when not only was the trap-like MC wasn't a complete pushover but actively took the lead role in everything.

Add to that the fact that there are also futas and traps and the MC always tops in scenes with them and I was left nothing short of amazed that such a game existed. I've wanted something like this for ages now and the fact that it not only exists but is also just really good outside of that is fantastic.

Of course, how much you'll enjoy it depends on what you're into. If you like not-even-trying-to-be-realistic body proportions on both males and females, traps, futas, and the like, this game is probably the single best on the site for all of those.

As for the actual story, I can't say I have anything I dislike about it at all, even with a very sketchy premise.

As the overview suggests, the gender roles in the world the MC ends up in are reversed. But instead of "the MC gets sexually harassed" like I had expected it's almost always exclusively played for laughs when it comes up, like the MC turning people on by running around "topless"— as a guy.

The game doesn't try and take itself too seriously but never seems to forget it's own premise and is very shockingly well-written for the type of game it is.

All in all, if you like extremely curvy women and doubly curvy men, this game is a no-brainer. If you happen to not be opposed to a dick being attached to your women then this game is even easier to recommend.

The ONLY mark I can maybe hold against this game is the fact that its' a sandbox, so you know what that means. A whole lot of skipping time waiting for scenes to happen and occasionally being forced to wait a week for a scene because it happens on the exact same time table as another scene you did already. It's never enough to bother me too as there's always something (or someone) to be doing, but it's still something that drags down an otherwise perfect experience.

Unironic 10/10, this might just be the first h-game I ever decide to support monetarily.

Absolutely awesome game! I read the description and thought to myself I'm not holding out much hope for this but with good execution this could be really entertaining so I'll give it a shot. The images with oversized tits had me lump this in with completely storyless games in my head at first but I was quickly proven wrong which is great. The story of the character was great, I loved the relationships, how everything was handled and of course the h scenes too. Had low expectations and came to this intending to give up on it 15 min in but geniunely one of my favorites now.

It's a shame that the developer wastes time redoing characters instead of fixing them, some like Jazmin or some demons look much worse, the style and the disproportionate breasts of some characters gave them some personality, now they look quite generic.

Twisted world is a harem sexual romp that follows an MC who gets isekai-ed into a world with reversed gender roles. Every man is a femboy and women, while still aesthetically feminine, behave more like men. This is pretty unique for games on this site and it creates an in world explanation for why the MC is the only dominant male top. It's really funny how the MC is basically the equivalent of a slutty girl in this world and makes for fun reactions to how forward he is.

The way the gender roles are implemented can be obnoxious though, with some characters acting out over the top stereotypes. Way too many men seem to only value women for their wealth and are incredibly shallow. Female and futa characters are more varied and interesting so far.

The sandbox mechanics feel under baked. Instead of having a wealth of choice for how to spend any given time slot, most time slots you'll have nothing to do but skip forward. The game has more than enough content to create the feeling of a good sandbox with multiple overlapping plots, but most events are tied to the main story which felt too linear. Most of the time I only had 1-2 routes available and just skipped time otherwise. Ideally I should have multiple plotlines for every time slot most times (the way to do this is give the player access to the whole building from the start, make less routes dependent on the main story unless it's absolutely necessary).

The scenes are frequent but suffer from clipping issues. This is an unfortunate case where sex just involves the penis clipping into the pussy, and a lot of times it doesn't even line up properly. Jazmin's scenes in particular are terrible at this.

Femboys and Futas are heavily featured in this game and it earns a LOT of extra points for this. I can't think of any other game where you play as a male who frequently has sex with other femboys but only as the top. Watching cute femboys and futas dicks flop about as they get plowed is A++. That being said the MC will basically ignore the existence of other dicks. He won't even give a reach-around while he's plowing someone. If I'm opting in to femboy/futa content you can assume I'm ok with the MC giving handjobs and frotting at least. I get you don't want him to bottom but as it is now it's like why even have other dicks if you aren't gonna do anything with them?

That being said this is basically the only game on this site that fills the niche of (somewhat)masculine MC topping femboys. I'm pretty starved for that content so if the remaster even addresses half of these issues I'll probably bump this review to 5 stars.

Come for the porn, stay for the characters, every girl (and trap) is cute and lovely, theirs interactions are wholesome and hilarious and while the setting is a bit absurd it feels consistent.

What almost made me skip this game was the absurd proportions of some characters, don't make the mistake of ignoring this gem, this game is worth playing even if you are like me and hate whale-sized body parts.

The game is really great I enjoy it very much and I'm surprised that the game is made available for drama to the game you can see that the creator puts effort into his project animations dialogues characters everything is really very cool one of such small things you can say I like the fact that during dialgs the character we talk to has animations for some it may be nothing but for me it's really something it feels like I'm having a dialogue with a person not with a picture the only thing I would change is the size of some characters' breasts not much but a little and one person instead of Trap a girl and a game for me would be perfect but even now it's really good

The story is simple snd it isn´r really important. Most of the game are just sex scenes but they are very good love the animations and sounds.

The characters are all very good too, I love that there are so many futas and femboys. The main character is good too, he is very dominant and mishivious.

If you look for a good stoory look somewhere else but if you want good sex seces and characters this is the right choice.
