just reminder what you got on this update is literally his way of trying silencing the atmosphere.. thats why you only got 10% less of the content from his devlog, and the reason he gave it to you is for testing and you believe that ?..

snats is genius, seriously

i love twisted world (i think its the best game i've ever played), but you must be objective toward him, and i hate how lack of the transparency from him, i cant even trust him rn tho.. and y'all should too.. this update literally will affecting the next progress of this game...

I get where you're coming from, but I do actually appreciate gtuhfef sharing a lot of the behind the scenes info that snats doesn't. If it weren't for what they told us I'd currently be under the impression that the angels have been handed and are playing a version of the game that has all of the promised additions to the hospital and main story. Instead, it turns out that the version meant for the public thats been mentioned in the dev logs shared on here is considered versiom 1.9 and what the angel tier memebers have is version 1.6 which focuses on revisions to the already released parts of the prologue. I had no idea these parts were even getting changed in any way. So in that regard I think they still are being helpful to the community on here while avoiding sharing a version of the game that is clearly not made for general consumption. After all as absurd as it is the $100 tier Snats has exists so people could pay him to work for hik as beta testers. It's only going to set you up for dissapointment if you see it as an uber early access, especially knowing what we now know thanks to gtuhfef.

Ah yes, the game where you repeat the same day over and over again, because the Dev thinks repeating events in a very unknown specific order to continue a route (can't just do them all once and be done with it; I've tried multiple times) is so much fun. He should change the name to "Chores by the Lake" or "Grinding by the Lake".

Yea, IDK why people think more updates = better. I like Cabin by the Lake. I like it a lot, even. But I only ever touch it when I know I've got nothing going on, cuz I know I'm gonna spend the next few hours dealing with BS to unlock a couple extra scenes. I don't care for that sort of convoluted gameplay. I don't find it interesting or compelling in any way. The best version of that sort of approach on here is Time Loop Hunter, and it's very deliberate in the later parts of the game about not adding any extraneous actions to the loops, and has "timelines" so you don't have to repeat everything through each loop. Cabin by the Lake is the least compelling version of the time loop approach that remains decently playable.

You can dislike Snats' work ethic/pace while admitting that both versions of TW are objectively well done. Personally, I think the remake is on track to be much better than the original if Snats didn't work like an ADHD kid in an escape room.
