Omg was the og TW really made within 24 months? Oh man this remake is something else guys! Just think if the og was still going we would have at least double, if not 300% more content with the 3 and a half years that has passed since the og ended development.

Personally, I would rather he had just finished off the original, done some kind of little cap off, or something, then just go right into twisted world 2, and TW2 would have been this remake but slightly different, or maybe a kind of different idea with a female protag, that would have been neat.

but really, I liked the story, I loved the porn, and I enjoyed the characters, Twisted World was a shiny gem that I found, then the creator decided to take a dump on it, TWR should really stand for Twisted World Real bad(*Would have put the R slur here, but didn't want comment deleted.*)

Dude said it'll be ready "this coming week" (week of 5/25) or "next week at most" (week of 6/1) and we're already halfway through the 3rd week.
Also, ignore it's been 9 months since the last update.

Seeing the amount of despair still going on in this thread makes me feel the need to say this.

Even if they came out with an update at this point, will it meet anybody's positive expectations? Or will it be like 10 minutes of content 95% composed of just text? I feel like at least a few people here need to let this game go and progress with their lives past waiting for something that either won't come or will get more underwhelming + take longer for updates to release as time goes on.

I'm not saying this to roast or making fun of people still waiting on updates, I am just a concerned onlooker watching the debates and growing insanity. It's just not worth being strung along for this amount of time, find something else to enjoy and move forward with your lives. That way if an update actually happens it'll be more like a pleasant surprise.

There are a lot of things that snats deserves to be criticized for, but he has never released an update that was just 10 min of content. I think the amount of content we will get will most likely not justify such a long wait time, but it's also not really his fault when people just skip all the dialogue and just watch the sex scenes. Again, it's a visual novel that will always be most of the content.

A visual novel should be more visual and less textual, for a 10 months release time about 5000 renders and 300 animations will suffice.

Otherwise you'd have to wait a decade for the game to reach the original game events.
