I don't think you fully understand what's happening. me and the other angels received version 1.6, only containing the Overhauled and Improved content from 1.5
This was done so we could properly bug test on a smaller scope, and because of the month delay. We have properly bug tested and gone through it, and now Snats will fix the bugs that we found once it is all done, he's presumably releasing version 1.9 to us for further bug testing

so you haven't seen the new hospital content yet, or haven't arrived? looking at the old beta publications for the Angels, it always came out about a week later for the tier of $35 and $20, if that were the case as you say there would still be a month left perhaps
It's up in the air when we will actually get it, but once we get it, the lower tears should get it about 2 to 3weeks
