The existing patch should still work, but even if it doesn't, you can just enable incest manually.
Just open Gamefolder\game\scripts\scripts.rpy and change the top line from

define uncensor_patch = False

to

define uncensor_patch = True

EDIT: It will not work if you put the extracted file in the base /game folder. You need to put it in the /game/scripts folder for the patch to work.

You might want to update this cuz it's not dowloading
