Sadly this is the situation with lets say western devs atm, this game wont update anytime soon, he will be giving tiny news here and there and making those 150€ not worth commissions, also the development might be in a shadow develop to make people wonder what is being done and to maintain them paying for nothing in return.

Even when this version of twisted world is completed(unlikely as it is being remake lmfao), he will create another twisted world in different engine and even more bigger and probably better. I don't think people will stop playing his games despite his obvious fuck-up. Even tho, there are quite some characters I don't like in this remake version, I will still play this game when the remake is completed. Tho, it cheap mentality not to support a developer for following his vision or for slower releases. These are real people with real lives. Another thing about the contents you probably don't like, Traps and futas are the foundation of this game, after all it "Gender bender" world. So, of course 50% of the game is going to involve them. How do you know if he had enough time to finish it? Did he tell you how much content is in the remake? The fact that you will actually have a map for the hospital to explore probably means that the prologue will be a lot longer than it is in the current version.
They have like 800 patreons a month. A few of them give more than $50 per a month. So the average would be like $7,000 - $12,000 a month. That’s more than most people earn in a full time job. I highly doubt they would still be working full time when they earn a hell a lot of money.

As far as i know he works alone. And idk how much he makes with patreon 12k seems a bit too much for me but he definetly does not need to work a full time job and could be a little faster with his release schedules…
