Normally i dont complain abt character designs but WTF is that piece of shit. Looks like she drives a bike to school and study math all alone in the library. then to continue going home to read a book in her room all alone. Nothing gamerl girl type looks or vibes left with this new model
pretty much the same as here. very few like the change while everyone else says the design doesn't fit or should have gone to another character

I'm going to echo the opinion practically everyone has stated: this new model is hard to accept as Jeanne. If this was a new character or hell maybe even the mother's new model I wouldn't have batted an eye and given it a double thumbs up. But this looks so much older, more mature and intellectual than Jeanne has ever been portrayed to be in the original game. So unless the dev has decided to entirely do away with Jeanne being an insecure, clumsy and awkward NEET then I much prefer the og even with it's faults and clipping graphics.
snats had a fanbase before entirely because of his previous characters and inverted roles story, why does he feel inclined to suddenly change them. jeanne wasn't quirky, or shy or something, she wasn't a person that just wasn't understood because she was too smart or "eccentric." she was weird. she was uncomfortable. she was different. she had a package. her character visibly looked as if she really were like an outcast. these reworks aren't ugly, these just aren't the characters i started following the dev for in the first place. if i want good looking milfs or nerdy girls, there's a hundred other options on this website alone.

i just hope there's at least some sort of option to swap clothing/looks per players preference or something. i liked the gloomy gamer girl to have unkempt hair and have a noticeable lack of sleep under her eyes. i also liked my tomboy to have a darker skin tone than the shut-in. and my tomboy to be taller than the shut-in. anyway i have some grass to touch. just..

I'm torn, on one hand I loved Jeanne's old design. On the other hand, her new design leaves PLENTY of open doors for messing up that seriously looking bookworm face with messy facials. Plus we've only seen one picture of her. Personally she should have her hair out just a tad more and messier then she'd have her neet look pretty much improved. I'd say have it down to shoulder length and messy.

Now this is a tricky one for me too. Looks like she grew taller, got cleaner and there's no evidence of a futa cock on her. I like the bigger tits tho.
Is Jeanne no longer a shut in, or is this a pre-shut in picture?
The reason I am a bit torn on whether I like the change is because a person I knew who became a shut-in did cut her hair short so she didn't have to maintain it which makes the new design more true-to-life for me, but that's not going to be the case for everyone.

Me too I am a little torn about the new family member designs. I do find find them pretty so that's good, but I don't recognise the characters we got to appreciate until now. They do unfortunately fell out of character with the new design.
But who know, I'll wait to try the new version before any jugement, maybe it'll grow on us? I hope???

The remake characters are charming enough, but it would have been nice to see them appear as new characters instead of existing ones.

so either remake her design/her story or make an unkept version (and this version is "Fixed" version of her after 10-20 events)

also i agree, just make her hair longer and messier, use "dead fish" eye, add more gloomy vibe, use less stylish glasses, and reduce the height(she suppoed to be unatlethic afterall) will improve the design
