Doing a rework makes a dev less money on here for a time being. Because some fans get upset the current game isn't going to be continued and stop subscribing, so it's actually a bad choice at first to do so. That is the consequence of doing a rework of an unfinished game.
BTW, that isn't the full dev-log.

well then why remaster the game without finishing it? that just sounds like the dev was trying to stretch out the development time to get more money but it sorta backfired. ( also thanks for the whole dev-log).

He was a newbie to making a game and because he had already started, he had to work with his newbie technical skills, meaning that even if there were improvements, they were only so little and everything became a mess.

Should we have seen some if not all of the Hospital section of the game till we got discharged from it?
Yes agreed.
Was the Heaven/Hell section we were given a first, a letdown?
Yes considering all the faceless mooks it was filled with though as a start I didn't mind it.
Has Snats been milking the hiatus/time between updates for the remake?
Honestly, I would say No as there have been more Egregious / Blatant times this has happened (see Icstor Milfy City and how that ended), and given his track record of shaky release dates but still delivering I can't say that is the case at this point.
The cooping and seething, it's getting out of hand and I'm willing to just have Snats cook and appropriately Roast or Praise them when I get hands on an update.

I agree with this, alot of games like milfy city and pure onyx are next level milking. Dev dont get label as certified milker into 3+years into doing it usually. Hell pure onyx release a new animation a year and the game only got two stages after 5+ years and peoples still dont think hes milking.
Milking at the end of the day is opinion base and you should support your favorite dev if u feel like hes doing good work.
Snat track record was good into the last 17months when he started the rework. So its understandable why people wouldnt label him as such.
