I think you got the wrong guy buddy, I've never said either side of this was or wasn't valid only it was a matter of personal perspective on when an individual would consider SNATS Milking or not. And yes I do remember when they were more active in the threads and fostered a good deal of trust. but that had nothing to do with the guy saying he wanted to find info on the content that has been put out while the arguing over the game's current "development hell" is making it hard for him to do so. And most if not all notifications have been of the arguing.

I can respect that, that's on me bro. At this point I think a few of us, (myself in particular) have fallen into misunderstanding where others are coming from. I think then thats two or three people on my end? Sorry about that.

As to the arguing drowning out dev posts being leaked out. That's a compeltely valid point. The downside is its usually screencaps that there's been a post. I'll dialback any commenting in the back and forths. I think that's a solid reason for a few of us to lurk moar.

Although I think its usually the halfassed dev posts Snats gives which means further delays when they're made that stirs this thread up for weeks each time we see one.

do i think a remake nobody asked for, only to slowly re-release content we already had is scam milker behavior, absolutely. that being said however... this is still moving faster than dark cookie... and the thread for summertime saga is not remotely as ... "heated" as this one is. snats 1 and 1/2 year remake to release an alpha with a tiny amount of content only to start re-releasing old content has gone way faster, and at the very least actually seems to look better than the old stuff, so i can see why he thought it was a good idea to re-do stuff. meanwhile dark cookie spent almost 5 years on his remake to release an alpha with tiny content and slowly re-release old content... and that "re-make" content looks exactly the fuckin same. that is magnitudes worse than snats here. and yet...over there only maybe 1 in 10 comments at most is about dark cookie being a scammer (which is frankly beyond question at this point) while this one is like 9 out of 10 comments on the low end....

all im saying is some are more guilty than others and if we are going to start burning them at the stake maybe we should start with the worst offenders, like icstor and dark cookie, before we get to here.

Its largely because with those projects everyone understands they are what they are, whereas with Snats there are people still in the denial phase because there is a drip drip drip of rendered images (that take a few minutes max to whip up if he's bought a halfway decent PC with his donations) leading them on, in addition to a few in a sunken cost mentality (who try justifying it to themselves more than trying to convince those critical of the game it feels like ).

At least most other devs who do remakes either did it with previously dropped projects or discussed it with their supporters. Neither of those is true here. Also: "whataboutism."

Along with promising the hospital as part of the update, and then telling his donors it was delayed to Jan/Feb.... its August now. and I jokingly said Q2 this year back then... its going to be Q4 at this rate.

There's a valid reason that people feel inclined to criticize it given these things, and that's just the most glaring ones imo.

Bad move simply cause despite all the arguing and conversation going on this is the only place you can see Snatz occational dev logs to see what he's done (If anything) since he puts that behind a paywall (Unlike loads of other devs who let anyone and everyone see it) This thread gets locked then the only way to see if he's done anything is to pay him for the privilege, and you wonder why people are annoyed and upset.

I agree that this thread is useful but putting dev logs behind paywalls is very common with porn games, I can bet you can find more on this website that do this then dont. That said what was the latest update from Snats?

it literally is 90% of the update if not more as far as i can recall. snats insisted on fleshing out the hospital part a lot more, adding characters and giving it its own map to explore. the ending of the update was said to be when the protag leaves and sees the main suite, apartment building or whatever it is now with his "roommates."

you should keep the left nut though.

Sorry for the wait guys, I am still testing variables and replaying the game over and over in different playthrough (Like playing it without femboys and Futas and then play it with the options toggle on) takes me a lot of time. I also wanna thank you guys for being patient with me I think I haven't gone crazy yet, thanks to that(It has been a hell of a crunch).

If I am lucky I might give the Alpha version this sunday(11) to some people I trust and are hella fast finding problems on my game they will look it up first to see if I broke or forgot to add anything, and then If everything is perfect to go then during the next week, will be open for Angels!

Also to compensate you guys for your wait I will post 5 free koikatsu cards for everyone and 2 new koikatsu cards for Lovers and above during this whole week!!❤

As far as I know it’s not behind a pay wall…you can see his updates on his discord page..last I checked he had def notes up there for anyone to see, I could be wrong but check it out I ain’t looked on his discord in a long time

I agree that this thread is useful but putting dev logs behind paywalls is very common with porn games, I can bet you can find more on this website that do this then dont. That said what was the latest update from Snats?

Putting Dev logs that give details and potential spoilers as well as talking about game mechanics sure, saying "hey working on it still and gonna be done some time in the future" should not warrant a paywall. The only argument would be the pic posted but even then I've seen Devs who have both a general log which is what it looks like Snatz does, and a more detailed changelog/mechanical changes for those who pay to get a more behind the scenes look and idea of how the game is being made and a better sneak peek at what is coming up. Also every single Dev I follow who's games I rate 4.5/5 have no paywalls for most of their dev logs and one I follow recently turned off his donation pages due to being unable to work on the game due to legal shit happening simply cause he felt he shouldn't be accepting money if he is unable to work on the game and give proper updates. He would be one of the few I would say should of kept them opened for at the very least anything legal or troubling happened.

You mean the discord you have to pay what looks like $2 or $5 to see said updates on it? Cause it doesn't make sense to post the dev logs behind a paywall on subscribestar if you can see the for free on his discord.

Isn't it cause it's been far longer for their scamzing and their pages, least DarkCookie's got purged for a lot of comments that were made. I vaguely remember the forum losing dozens upon dozens of pages of replies over night. At this point it's old news and not a lot of people are bothering.
