There's never been shota content. In the original version, all guys were at least college students.
Perhaps the art style gives you the impresion they are underage, but they're not.
Yes, it's a bit like GRR Martin, who spends his time adding characters and plots rather than finishing the ones he's already started with the first characters, and therefore prevents him from releasing his last 2 books.
It would have been better to concentrate on the essentials and save all that for a sequel or DLC...

Um, not it's not. Maybe you're thinking of something else.
In the story, the people are told only pure and good people can see the clothes the emperor is wearing. So all the adults lie and say they can see them when in reality he's naked.
Finally, a child points out he's naked and not wearing clothes, and a child represents the most innocence and pure soul, solidifying the adults were lying out of vanity.
How in the hell did you arrive at your conclusion after reading this story.

Considering the lore in the world the game takes place in? Yes, actually.
Welp! This was disappointing! I still can't believe that this shit took 7 months to release? It's doesn't even contain the sandbox events or phone mini game rpy. Just few choices, and medium sized contents(which isn't worth it). Honestly the og had a better pacing and mc was hella likeable. This guy is stupid and doesn't have that predatory aura. I still remember how hard I got when mc wake up suddenly and choked tomoe and made a deal with her. Ugh! It even more disappointing when you start thinking that the hospital arc is not even finished yet. Welp! This was supposed to release on February and this is pure milking strategy. Selling the same contents with better graphics and few extra events (not much change in story)
the new mc looks are fire, but ye snats needs to lose a good deal of subscribers before he takes his fingers out of his ass and actually starts working seriously on the game, ty

how do you get a few more years of time to flesh out the story you wrote, in a drunken stupor, onto a Bar napkin? Just remake the intro that will give you at least 3 years time.
If you then promise 50 new scenes of which only 10 make it into the new patch, that took you 9 month to make, you get an additional 3.5 years till your back to the point where you didn't know how to continue.
And the best part?
Well, the best part is you get paid for doing all that.

Well, in the Twisted World men are slender and short, with many feminine traits to their bodies.
If the main character ends up possessing a body from that world, you can't expect him to be a muscular, tall individual that exudes masculinity.

Sadly that is the mediocre way out to keep milking
other developer may think to finish the original Idea so he can keep adding content
DLC + More storylines + Characters
The game may be "finished" but there's always more room to add things before jumping to another project
may be this time different from the last, or similar to stay in comfort zone and suscribers may feel satisfied as well
but no, he decided to do 2 things
Add a fuck ton of unimportant characters besides the family, one more poorly designed than the other
and remake the game
