He doesn't use WebM anymore; he now exports every frame instead and animates them via Ren'Py. Because of that, he needs to edit a few things in Adobe Photoshop so everything fits properly.

It probably takes more time doing that, but the latest versions of renpy really suck at playing webm. If you have an older pc and the game was made in any version of renpy after 7.5 you will probably have issues during animations if the dev is using webm.

That wouldn't make any sense for the story of men and women being the opposite of our world, & the MC being the only normal man.

Yeah when you stop to think about it there are a lot of things that were against patreon rules.
But at this point, with how strict their rules are, it's hard to find a game that it is not breaking any of them.

I will never understand the logic behind comments like this. I can understand the people that say that he should've just continued the old version. I get that it sucks losing all the progress and it's ok if people like the old version more. But to me, finishing a game that the dev clearly wasn't happy with, just to remake it, feels like a bigger waste of time.

Lol there was a guy who'd been subscribed to Snats since 2022, and didn't even know how to spell his name . Apparently he just got a notification when Snats got his page back from the review, and couldn't even find his new page on Subscribestar cuz he thought it was "Snaps"... I've always suspected it, but now we know these people really are the ones keeping dead devs alive on a welfare stipend.
