No, there is an actual real difference between intersex and trans people.Semantics.
Intersex (or Hermaphrodite/Futanari as they're wrongly called) is a person who shares both set of genitals (female and male). On the other hand, a transexual person is someone who went through surgery to identify with what they feel is the gender they belong. Male to Female Trans (wrongly called ladyboys - shemales, newhalfs [which I discovered recently and it's disgusting]) usually keep their penises (it's a very risky procedure otherwise) and get breasts, but no vagina. Likewise, female to male trans (wrongly called cuntboys) have a male body but have vaginas (same as before, having a penis "implanted" to them [for lack of a better word] is a very risky procedure)
Those are the differences between intersex and transex, they aren't the same at all
