I really enjoy the game but it does seem like an insurmountable task, having to develop so many love interests.
You have to respect the ambition, but a smaller roster would just be easier to deeply develop and manage.

I like the game but I'm just not a fan of these sandbox types......I really wish dev's would stop
making them. But others seem to like that type and I understand. On a good note at least
it's not a bigtime grind fest...if it was I wouldn't waste my time. Love the girls and the story so far.

This is a bug from chapter 2.
The same thing happened to me, and I was hoping for a guide to appear, but it seems to be a bug (and the guide never appeared
From memory, it's not a bug, it's just a confusing feature.
The "Stay here with Synne" option appears early in the scene. When you select it, it leads to the MC giving Synne a massage. After that, the option still shows but is greyed out because it was already selected and used. I don't believe there is or was a further interaction available.

I just checked the 3.02p script and the "Stay here with Synne" button is only linked to one event and the button then gets greyed out at the conclusion of that event.
the screenshot nibskek posted is at the end of that event (the end of the massage). The button is greyed out because it was already used/selected to get that event.
Here's the screenshots of the "Stay here with Synne" button:
1. During the 2nd beach roam event, the initial scene is activated by using the "Interact with Synne/Evangeline" button:
2. After a short conversation with Synne that reveals Evangeline swam to the small island, the MC is given the choices below, including the "Stay here with Synne" button. Note that prerequisite requirements are listed to meet the conditions to "Stay here with Synne":
3. Selecting "Stay here with Synne" leads to the massage scene. At the conclusion of that scene, the "Stay here with Synne" button is greyed out because that option has already been used. Importantly, note there is no list of prerequisite requirements, which would show if the option was supposed to remain selectable:

I think what confused us all was seeing the grey option instead of it disappearing, but even so, I still think it was a bug in the final version of Chapter 2 (the one from last February), because I looked up a comment of mine in this thread from that time, and not only did I have the Synne problem, but I also had another one with Evangeline at the end of the Chapter 2, where I hadn't gone swimming with her (the same scene), but the game showed something else.

Does anyone know if it's possible to actually get the 6 fingers for Samantha? The most i can get is 4.

Nope, 6 is impossible by default. Maximum is 5. To get five points you have to say threesomes aren't for you at the party game, like the beach, having Green as favorite color, and wait for to make a move, which you respond.

So roxy blocks off scenes with others like Teagan and others? Which scenes in ep.3 are mutually exclusive and which or how many can you get in 1 playthrough for this episode?

No in Ep 3 you can have all lewd scenes in one playthrough.

Two of the scenes occur in bedrooms, and you can only choose to stay in one of the bedrooms. How, exactly, are all lewd/sex scenes achievable in one playthrough? AFAIK, the Roxy and Teagan scenes are mutually exclusive.

Good catch, you are right. All scenes can be achieved on one playthrough.
