I think I should have sent her a message earlier. And if you are not writing to her, then do not continue the texting after her appearance.

Interestingly, I didn't have the option to continue texting either, that was also greyed out.
Is there a guide that covers the missing options, when you are on a character's path? I had a bunch of those, and it's annoying.
