That's just a leecher. They don't know that this forum isn't only to steal stuff.
I always think that it's quite helpful to post it since some people wait for a release and then maybe decide to support directly. Those people sometimes don't even notice that something new is out. So I think those posts are helpful. Yes most of the people wait for a leak but still: For some a changelog like this can be a gamechanger to at least support for one month. No idea why some people get angry over someone sharing those posts.
The guy was just confused/lost, he thought it would be a (pirate) download link already and got his hopes crushed when he ended up on the patreon page with paywall.

I am one of those who always subscribe to a $10 monthly tier on Patreon. I’ve done this twice for this game. Since this game is going to be released on Steam, I’ll wait for its launch there to continue playing.
