So... I had an acident this morning and somehow ended up deleting Big Guys after having spent most of last weekend creating it. However. It is up and running again, and in the process of remaking it I was able to do things a little different and make some improvements that I had thought about after I had finished it previously and didn't want to go back and redo it.

Also, in the process of redoing it, I realised that I needed one more bit of Big Guys Advertising to push the ice cream... So here it is.

Work continues to progress. I spend about 4 to 6 hours a night working in Daz once I get home from my day job.

Currently, I have almost completed the MC's new house. The entire upstairs and about half of the downstairs are finished. Backyard is just waiting on the completion of the down stairs so that I can stack both back walls on top of each other and texture it and build a patio around it.

Part of the delay is that I have to make 2 versions of every room, an empty one for the walk through before he buys it, and a painted/furnished-finished version for when they live there. With 6 bedrooms plus a master suite, 3 living areas, a large eat in kitchen, a formal dining, 6 bathrooms, and a 4 car garage, it is a very large house!

It is also a fairly expensive home, but the realtor, Stacy Williams, is determined to do whatever it takes to get him to buy it, even if she has to get down on her knees and... beg.

I will post some updates of the house, and the realtor soon.

Also during the day, like right now, when I have down time at my job, I am planning and mapping out "The Shops at University Grove" Renwick's premier outdoor mall. "The Grove" as it is often referred to, is right off the campus of The University of Renwick, and is where UC8 is located, along with many other fine establishments.

Just across from UC8 sits one of Renwick's best little pizza joints!

That's up to you. She may or may not provide the MC a little incentive to spend more than he originally intended.
