The site actually has a list that describes and explaines all the possible tags. They call it the "Tag List" But here's the part you are asking about, which was also remarked upon in an earlier post in this same thread, and also explained...here

but not always, F95's tags are VERY broad. They include the use of toys in the tag Multiple Penetration, so if a girl masturbates with 2 toys at once it's considered multiple penitration by this site's standards.

if I have to use one word to describe the game, it would be wholesome. Really liked the whole thing, good luck dev with your game! I also really like how the Kayla thing is planned to be resolved, I'm certainly interested to see how both paths will work out the MC just being a dad to her or having her as an LI after the paternity test.
