If you are refering to the amount of Graininess in the images, then yes, the scenes in the coffee shop are very troublesome. There are so many reflective items in the scene betweem the mirrors and the metal that my computer has difficulty rendering the images even with post denoiser and a seperate after denoiser being applied. I may do a bit of remodeling to the shop in the future to reduce some of the reflective surfaces.
