Personally, I think you should give the "haters" (in this case the scummy payment processors) the metaphorical finger and just keep doing what you've been doing so far. At least for the time being. Don't let your artistic vision be compromised by the corporate police, man! Fight the power! And so on.
I get that this is essentially your job and so on, but backing down in a situation like this ultimately helps no-one. You will lose the faith and support of your fanbase if you kowtow to corporate pressures, and you definitely won't be earning any points with those scummy "moral crusader" types either. They will never approve of you no matter what you do!
Stay the course, weather the storm, and pray to whatever God or Gods you believe in that fairer skies will soon appear on the horizon. That's the best you can do for now. (At least, that's what I think.)

Serious question, haven't read anything in a while, I hope she or you hasn't flown away and is still enjoying f95 and the development of your game. How are things going with the game?
Weeeeell... I would rather not derail this thread here, but at the same time it would be rude not to respond, so, hm...
...I think the mods will be okay with a short reply.
I'm fine and so is Liz. We are both actively checking the forum here, though admittedly I moreso than her. The work on our own game has been put on hold for the time being since we still have not been able to get any progress done with the graphical aspects. And a visual novel without the visual bit is just not going to thrill anyone! Because then it would just be a book, and books are boring. (Obviously I am joking with that last bit.

PS: I really do not want to steal attention away from 17MOONKEYS and his game, since, you know, the thread is about them, not me nor Liz.

Well, uh... Since you of all people in the thread are asking about it now, I think I will be in the clear for talking about it here, eh? My counterpart Liz and I have long since loved games and for some time wanted to do something of our own, but with limited resources, we figured the "best" we could do would be something simple. So we decided on a visual novel!
At first we toyed with the idea of a simple "slice of life" style of story with a fair bit of interpersonal drama and such, but those live or die on extremely good writing and really detailed characters, á la Cosy Cafe or Having A Hard Time (my own and Liz's respective favourites among AVNs.) So we thought "Hey, why don't we do something like a comic book type of thing? Something light-hearted, funny, silly and of course sexy." And then I had a literal dream about space goblins. No, really, I actually had a dream about them and it was kind of rad.
...Since I'm not wanting to give away too many details about it right now, I can at least state that this inaugeral project of ours is planned to feature sexy greenskinned shortstacks. What can I say, I love me some gobbo babes!
