You are right. I slightly changed the chronology. In the latest update 0.7.8, an unexpected event occurred that changed a lot.

Like six posts above yours is a android version. Estrada ports this game and I noticed the dev liked his post so there is that... try reading or at least a search ♂
I distinctly remember the MC's first encounter being with grandma. Now she's introduced as "mother's friend." Do we need an incest patch to make the story make sense now? And if so where can I find it? (sorry but there are 291 pages in the thread and I'm not reading it all.)

In this case, incest seems beautiful to me, considering that we can simulate her memories and character.always giving the people what they want!
But then why remove the incest aspects from that one scene early on in the game? Why turn the MC's beautiful grandmother into someone who is basically just a stranger? It's especially odd given that she used to breastfeed the MC when he was younger, something that feels wholly "out of place" for just a random family friend to do, when it seems much more likely that another family member would do it instead...

I'm guessing the game wasn't updated since I can't continue on from the last update that was put out. This is why the change-log is so important. That way no one will waste their time installing a game that wasn't even updated. This also isn't a harem since that futa whore and Layla do stuff to the women that belong to the mc. That harem tag shouldn't be there anymore.

I had the exact same issue; my theory is that 17MOONKEYS drastically changed a scene or even deleted it, causing the game to spaz out and throw a hissy-fit when loading that save. I loaded a much earlier save and it worked just fine for me.
I have known some very young grandmothers in my day... My own mother, in fact, became a grandmother at the tender age of 38. But you do you, I suppose... I just thought it was rather cruel to tantalise us with it and then remove it so abruptly and without warning.
