It's a dice game simulator with sex side quest.
Also from what I can tell, you can't, the sissy branch seems to be incredibly alpha, literally barebone placeholders

With patience. The game is like it lost a lot of progress because of the dom and sub unification in the same app. In the past, the dom (master) and the sub (sissy) had their own apps. So many features we have seen in these two apps are not yet in this one. It will take a few months to get in the same level it was before, but I can see that the developer does a lot of work toward the new direction. If you don't mind the worse textures, I suggest you to stay in the old apps for now.
You mean patience as in it's not implemented yet or as in you can unlock it with grind?

It's not implemented yet in this version. You have more poses in the old versions. When the developer did the join of dom and sub versions (aka master and sissy versions), they didn't include all their previous works at once. They are adding a few things of the old apps in every new version. This will take time, as they are improving them (hopefully) and making them better (again hopefully). We need to have patience about them, as the developer did a lot of backsteps with this joining of the two old apps.

Game got updated to fixes some bugs, please redownload and replace files.
I have a problem, WASD+Mouse+Q+R don't seem to work at all, is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? V to change view works and Space to hide menu.

yeah the guy said that the newer stuff is more focused on the sissy path so i recommend you just play the older versions for now until new stuff is added to the dom path

Master can also make sissys grow them you just need to admister the Estrogen medicine for awhile.
That aside you can also change a sissys appearance includeing Chest size... I'd say that's useing implants

Last time I checked it was a slider when checking a Sissies appearance and further checking the body... though my experience is in master mode... considering they aren't on the same Level yet if you play Sissy it might not be there
Yes just like Evangelion said it is under Appearance -> Body Modification -> Body -> Upper Body
It should appear under waist width
If you can only see waist width (and not breast size) it means this individual is not feminine enough (not full sissy yet)
Check Estrogen and Testosterone level under status -> health (testo should be 0 and estro 100)
First, you need to convince this individual to take both anti-androgen and estrogen hormones
To do that, you need to play the betting game and your winning must be start HRT
Next, you need to make them take both hormones daily under schedule until said percentage is reached.
When they grow breasts naturally (randomed between A-C) then you can change it to A-F
It might take a several weeks to reach said percentage. Make sure you have enough money for the journey.
And start skipping time fast. I recommend installing chastity cage before skipping for it also takes a lot of time.
It is easy to win money with betting in this game because it is rigged (you always win if you play correct)
Just gain karma like I mentioned HERE then find very rich clients and bet big bucks.
Alternatively, make a very rich client your sissy and activate the "you belong to your master" brainwash.
Sissy mode has similar approach.
It is a very long process but if you like sissies the result is glorious and very satisfying and pretty much worth it.
There are also other aspects. Just have fun with the game. Test stuff. There is no time limit.
This is a very grindy and complicated game. It is also extremely buggy and gets more bugs each update. If you like it, give it a few years to cook. And if the dev doesn't abandon it, it might be something.
