The dev already said the focus will be on the story more than the sex. I definitely think that they made the right choice. This dev is a pretty amazing writer and I'd play it even without sex scenes tbh

I’m on a break in my hometown right now. I’ll be back next week and dive straight into work. At this point I’ve got around 400 renders from the prologue done — that’s about half the script. Still got roughly the same amount ahead plus the coding work.

I understand that there's people out there, including on this site, who like to get into big scholastic debates about futa, whether they should also have a pussy or not, etc and I get that those people are annoying to deal with but unfortunately there's a certain percentage of people that will be a bit overzealous in any large online community. It's a small but very loud minority.
I still think that it's not a good idea to have "this game has no futa" in big font in the OP, because that will just be confusing for the majority of people checking out the game.
Maybe you’re right, but over the last year and a half I realized that even some people who supported me from the start ended up dropping the project once they didn’t get the amount of sex scenes they expected. Futanari is, unfortunately, a sex tag or kink should I say. So I’d rather move on without the kind of people who get confused by that.

You mean like they wanted the sex scenes to be a bigger percentage of the content ? Not sure what that has to do with futa, there's futa stories out there with a massive amount of lore and it can work really well.
What I'm getting at is that the content you're making will be perceived as "futa" by the majority of people whether you like it or not, that's just how most people refer to it. I think you should still tag it as futa otherwise you risk not reaching the target audience for the game.
i love futas, lesbians, magic, fantasy, and a female mc that isn't weak or a pushover. there being optional romance is also a plus too.
The tag will always stay as ‘futa’ because that’s just the technical side of the site, I don’t argue with that. What I meant is that in the game itself this word will never be used. Personally, I think ‘dickgirl’ fits much better.
I’d also prefer not to keep discussing this topic or that word any further. Over the past year and a half I’ve got a lot of crap because of it, and I’ve made my decision. You may agree or disagree with it, but I’m honestly tired of those arguments. I don’t really care if the game attracts more futa fans or not — I’m happy with the loyal players who supported me through Instinct Unleashed.

Looks good so far can't wait my only small nitpick would be I would love to see is more girls with different body types for example would love to see a few more thicker girls because looking at the previews most of them have the same slim super model look, one thing I loved about Instinct Unleashed is there is a bit of every body size of girls for everyone some are thicc milfs others have the slim super model look while others have a more balanced body type in between slim and thic hell id even love to see even some muscular ladies like the MC of IU variety is always good to break from the same feel mold some AVN fall in to. One last thing I almost forgot to mention is that I think the Orc girl looks way too skinny and small to be a female orc unless she was starved to death for a while.
There won’t be factions that completely cancel each other out, no. As for characters though, there will be a point where you’ll have to make a choice between two, and whatever you decide will have serious consequences.

I mean tbf it seems the dev is trying to make their own world so they can make orcs however big they want. I believe she is taller than everyone shown except mc, so I imagine in-game they will look bigger.

Glad to hear it. I get so much more immersed in games that have viable meaningful choices, especially when they make me pause for a couple minutes to weigh the pros & cons.
