Everything about the game is amazing except for the actual gameplay itself, and boy oh boy is there a lot of it. It's a touch too fast, not in terms of time per level, but in how fast the gems drop. Match 3 is fine, but this feels like a Match 3 game trying to use porn to help sell it, rather than a porn game using Match 3 as a break between scenes. Maybe it's just me, but I come to porn games for the, well, porn. If I'm playing 15+ rounds of non-porn gameplay between each scene, that's well past the point where I don't bother playing anymore and just look up the animations online instead.

Especially that there's an arcade mode and a versus mode, I don't think the story mode needs as many stages as it currently has, since the people who just want to play this particular variant of Match 3 can use those modes to play it, and the people who want the porn can play the story mode to get that.
but the puzzle part looks much more promising than those 3d animation to me.

well i cant bring out any reasons to play this instead of the original game.
(but no one rly call Magical Drop a high-skill match 3 arcade game)

those 3d model in this game looks kinda terrible atm.

Tested this game until the first fuck. Nice game, but there should be a way to hide the interface so we can check the scenes better. And where's the gallery?

Also, what does each color represent? I get that yellow = entrances

The gallery is coming in the full version, so expect that when it drops. The UI hide along with it.

Light blue = Regular Puzzle
Dark blue = Large Puzzle
Orange = VS node
Purple = Cutscene
Yellow = Special Node

I mean that is one way to look at it, we put narrative first and the dreamscape is all about puzzles. The full version will have a lot more lewd content as we just needed to nail how we wanted the presentation first and also build in our NSFW switch if people wanted it.

In terms of new line speed, it's basically Magical Drop, which was a lot faster than this, we will put in an easy mode for those who want a lot more story vs puzzle. But we have about 50 ideas for making gameplay have a lot more variety.

Thanks. I guess those colors should be explained the first time you get into dreamscape?

There will be an eventual tooltip when the character walks on a node explaining what to expect. having said that, I would like to believe the players could eventually notice the pattern.

I don't believe that would be the case, since the players want to go as fast as possible through the nodes to reach the girls (and the scenes). I noticed different nodes had different games, but that was an afterthought in my experience. If they were all colored the same and had some kind of symbol over them (one for each type of game), that would be more informative.

I've been in a very terrible and unfortunate accident and now my left hand doesn't work..... it would be great if I could play it with only my right arm

We will have key rebinds so you can make something work for your situation. Our goal is to limit the number of buttons needed by each hand to the face buttons and dpad of a standard controller.

It could be nice to have the mouse control the character, with the left button to pick stuff and the right button to throw stuff

Well, we will need at least four face buttons to do powers and companion abilities. So it wont really work that well.

As someone who is shit at connect 3, I'd deeply appreciate the easy mode! If only to avoid getting stuck.

Just wanted to say I really like the posing of models. They convey a lot of personality, and are what convinced me to pick up a game in a genre I usually avoid.

Looking forward to picking up the full release (on itch.io probably).

Just wanted to say I really like the posing of models. They convey a lot of personality, and are what convinced me to pick up a game in a genre I usually avoid.

Cheers for the feedback, right now we are adding a whole lot more smut to the game, adding in more narrative breaks, and basically doing a lot more world-building and character-building.

In terms of gameplay, we want to add more difficulty modes, but I am unsure if we should lock content behind master mode or something like that. Hard to tell. Either way, once I finish moving house, expect a new build to drop. Not here, naturally, but on our sales platforms.
