Never played the original, so i dont know. I'm assuming, that if you play as the girl, the maledom is used on her, in this route (+ maybe the mind control)?

You're out of luck then. The gameloop is basically you first play as one of them through the day, then it switches to the other. IIRC, you can at least pick if they are in love or not, but the thing's pretty linear with some optional scenes that you can miss.
