If you can't unzip the game because of the corrupted file (Talk09.png) use 7zip, since it won't just stop and you'll be able to play the game with just one corrupted file.
Afterward replace the Talk09.png file (Under the Mansion HS Edition v1.0\img\pictures\ADay01) with the non corrupted one in TOP86OLD's post

Oh i know it. When u save before scene a little can have error. Try save when before choose ending. This error occurs quite a lot in the game, please note

I don't know it it helps, but I occastionally get 'fatal error' when I click 'next' too fast.

She looks really hot in these scenes (and the very shirt skirt is definitely the good choice for her).

I can't wait to see her new adventures.
