Does the incest patch feel forced in the game, does it fit how the game is originally designed or does it feel off?

Correct, it's not originally how the game is supposed to be played out. There is no incest in this game.

I restarted the game after waiting for a few updates to go by. Disappointed that the dev didn't fix the transition after the first date with Jeni. The MC says he's going to sleep (it's night) then all of a sudden it's around noon and he's attending the party that he missed because of the date. Lot's of typos and grammatical errors around there as well. And no sound...except for music at the beginning and cars when the MC meets his father behind the theatre.

found some inconsistency...
1) in the scene where Kat was pleasuring herself she had nipple piercings but when she has an exposed boob next to MC in bed she doesnt.. usually ppl dont take off such piercings..
2) the cloths shop that also sells electronics from the back. when we first go there to buy cameras the seller says it only has female cloths so unless MC wants to buy something for his girlfriend he wouldnt find anything there, then when MC goes with Jeni to the same store Jeni says they also sell male cloths so MC can look around...

Thanks, I'll put it on my list of bugs to fix.
By first date, do you mean when you hear Jeni crying in her room? I've ran through all of the options here, and unless you decline to hang out with her, it doesn't seem to be jumping back to the party.

Then why bother making vote for it? Relationship change feature got most vote, whats the point of making vote if you dont add that feature got most votes and dont care about vote results at all?

Hey man, don't you think story gives more like Aunt-Cousin type incest? Don't know for sure but im not getting mother-sister type incest vibes at all. Its mostly feels like Aunt-Cousin type incest to me, do you have any plan making that kind of version?
You're making a lot of assumptions. Just because I made a vote doesn't mean it's going in immediately. I'm not going to change my roadmap unless it's important, and it's not a priority.
Edit: To clarify, I have things in the works that need to be done first. Changing how choices work so people aren't forced to skip content is higher on the list, as it's been asked for, for much longer. Doing a major rework of the games dialogue to implement some kind of relationship change mechanic is going to be a massive undertaking, since I want the dialogue to read well.
