1.3.0.7 should be the main the 1.3.0.8 will be the patch or update. download then direct it to the 1.3.0.7 folder which will more likely inlclude the new qsp file and probably some updated patched folders.

not heard of that issue yet, when did it start? , might have a corrupted file somewhere.

First unzip the game and then unzip the patch over it.

i think thats a bug when you are asked if you want to stay home or go with sara i think for the weekend and you say stay home it blanks out, if you click on like the options or something like then back out it should bring it back up but this time sara will still be there like she never left.
