Where is this event/scene located and how to trigger it?
Also where do you get stuck in the wall for the goblins to use you?

Be at 100% brainwashing and then sleep at the inn while under the effects of brainwashing. The brainwashing potion works for this as well.
Floor 2 just south of the teleporter there's a locked room with a treasure chest. The chest teleports you into a wall whenever you use it. You get the key for it from Submissive Ed. You can either catch him resetting the stones after 2 days or buy it from him on Floor 3 in the town of exiles in the bar for 800 gold.
Get the invisible potion on second floor swamp by beating the red monster near the village, use it to get past the sniper trap in the trap section of floor 2, collect the maiden statue at the end, also collect the maiden statue at the beginning of game near the circular door, use both statues in floor 3 to unlock the cathedral.

1: Craft consumable at alchemy shop in town.
2: Put "purified stone" in your healing flask at a camp. I think you get it in the trap challenge on 2nd layer.
3: Use the bathhouse in town.
4: Just die. The penalty for dying in the dungeon is almost nothing, you just respawn in town.

I don't know about the scene, looks like maybe getting mindcontrolled by the mind control debuff?
Stuck in wall - an event triggered by using a special key to open a suspicious chest in layer 2 - close to the four torches you need to open the next layer.
You can also just put that first statue with the second both doors lead to same place, but the third floor door allows for you to teleport there from floor one. And has less restrictions. Also use the invisible potion in the slave camp to sneak into Ottos room and get the key for the backyard, this will get you the book that shows you to the shrine priest village aka floor 5.
It's pretty good, was expecting way less, good battle mechanics, although learning attacks instead of equipping them would be nice, there's battle fuck, corruption, exploration and its not so easy you beat it within a hour. Multiple different routes, corrupt and moral ending as well. The only thing is could use is animations. Like if the battle fucks scenes were animated.....damm
what I want is the store, not the guy lol. Dont know whewre else to get wine for the prison guy

you can get it from the casino. save up some gold from dungeon exploration, exchange the gold for casino coins with casino coins you can buy fine wine, i think its 100 cc. bit grindy
there is link for a patch but it doesnt do anything is that for an older version?
